I received the Candida email, and realised I needed help but was finding the decision of what to take overwhelming... I spoke with Mark Lester who said I was suffering from "brain fog" due to candida die-off, and recommended taking Wild Endive to combat the die-off symptoms *before* starting an anti-candida regime; he said it would probably be about two months before I could do so.
Following guidelines [4 capsules, 3 times a day for 2 weeks then reducing to 3 capsules twice a day], I started to feel better within a couple of weeks, and now feel up to the next challenge. Mark says I can start the candida-killing process now - a month sooner than I expected, and I feel like a human being again.
I can't recommend this stuff highly enough!
