I took the stated does for the recommended time and now take 1 tablet 3 times a week and my goodness what a difference it has made to my life. Before finding Latero-Flora I was really suffering from chronic acid reflux with a stuffy nose and constant sinusitis needing a steroid spray.
I still have digestive problems but not as bad and I am able to eat some of the foods I could not eat before. Try them.
