I was diagnosed and advised by my consultant to try one of two chemical drugs to treat a minor inflammatory knee condition. The side effects having read about them were unacceptable to me and so I sought an alternative and better solution. I starting using samento after doing some research online. I'd heard about cats claw and then how samento is a more potent toa free version. The Finchley clinic are who I use personally.
