I have just turned 66, and I work full-time as a bus driver. I was beginning to get very forgetful, and VERY tired. I almost felt I was looking at life through a window, due to the foggy brain and that I would not be able to work for much longer. I have had a very stressful life. After taking NADH I feel like my life has been renewed, I feel alert, I can tackle things that I couldn't handle before, and I feel young again. The effects were almost immediate and I take 1 tablet twice per day.
Another thing is that I was sleeping badly, constantly waking up in the night, and not feeling refreshed in the morning. Since taking NADH, I wake up a lot less, and when it is time to wake up, do so feeling relaxed and refreshed.
