I'm re-ordering the Burdock formula, having used it for several courses before in the context of preparing to do a liver flush. It's difficult to say specifically what effect I experienced, as I was already on a de-tox regime, but I can say that my body (whose responses I trust!) always had a good feeling when taking them. I also think it's likely that they contributed to making the liver flush NOT a traumatic experience! I took one capsule 3x day for one month before the flush, then a couple of weeks after, as well.
