Great gut-flora support supplement. Stable at room temperature - so much better for me than the Mightydophilus supplement I was taking before (which has to be stored in the fridge).
I'm using it as part of an anti-candida regime, and feel so much healthier than I did before, and truly believe this is part of the reason for improvement.
