This stuff is *expensive*, but being able to do my own gardening (and thus saving the cost of calling in a professional) is priceless!
I have been atking three tablets a day for several months, and believe this is part of the reason I have remained as high functioning as I have been during the winter [I don't do well without adequate sunshine].
It is worth emphasising that the tablets must be allowed to dissolve under the tongue, otherwise you will be wasting your money.
