I have been taking Nutrisorb Chromium for over a year now - initially on two drops per day, but now on only one drop - and have noticed an improbement in my energy levels.
I am following an anti-candida regime as recommended by Mark [Lester], and believe every supplement I have taken has played a part in my progress from near-zombie to able to work a full day once more.
Although I am reducing the levels of other supplements as I improve, I can't see that I would wish to cut out this Chromium.
