I have been using this product for 2-3 months, after switching from Oygen Elements Max. I have been taking it in combination with Threelac and Candizolve to combat candida, a problem I have had for many years but which is exacerbated by taking immunosuppressants for an auto-immune condition. I have found it to be highly effective both in terms of controlling candida and in keeping viral and bacterial infections at bay. Since taking Oxylift (and previously Oxygen Elements Max) I have not suffered any colds, flus or similar infections, whilst previously I was continually subjected to infections due to a weakened immune system. I would recommend both products, and only switched from one to the other on ground of price.
