Brilliant! I tried this product having read other reviews, and it did live up to expectations. For the whole month I have felt "good in my gut" and have not been constipated. I shall definitely be buying more!

I tried Latero-Flora a couple of years ago, together with Oxy Powder, to have a good cleaning routine for my bowels. And I still use the duo at least twice a year.

I would highly recommend Latero-Flora, even alone, as it makes my digestive system feel better just after 3 or 4 days. Outstanding product!

This product is absolutely amazing as part of a gutt cleanse and reset program I purchased this item and it is amazing .. i had it every morning and I could see and feel the difference within a coupl of days , I would highly recommend this product , I will be purchasing the full colon cleanse package as I did not realise that you’s sell it all on this sight so this is the sight I will be sticking to for future and doing the cleanse more regular .. thank you so much .

Now on my second bottle of these capsules - my stomach is more settled, as is the hiatus hernia. The hernia is calmer. My digestive system feels more balanced and comfortable as a result.

I have problems with a lot of capsules/tablets that are meant to help me and have tried other acidophillus tablets which haven't helped at all. I have a lot of allergies/intolerances and sometimes I find I just can't tolerate the things I buy. The Latero-Flora are different, I don't know why but I can tolerate them and they really do make my stomach feel better. I have acid reflux and take medication and antacids and these capsules make my tummy feel 'soft', which is the only way I can describe it. They genuinely help me with inflamation of my stomach and I can highly recommend them as being a good product which work. My tummy no longer feels angry, which really makes me feel better.

I have recently been discharged from hospital, having had an emergency operation. Having been advised from my naturopath, taking latero-flora would be an absolute must for positive after care and healinh, I am aware that my body has maintained its proper functionality. Pain meds are an absolute nightmare for not keeping regular, but were so necessary for my unbelievable pain after returning from hospital. I am fully endorsing that having taken two capsules of latero-flora for one month in the morning, and then reduced to one capsule in the morning is still helping my body to keep a healthy intestinal environment, which in turn helps the body to function properly. I find this probiotic excellent as I can’t stomach many others without adverse affects. It’s very gentle on the stomach. I do find it keeps my scalp tans skin in food order particularly as a secondary positive as it’s the gut that’s must important.

This is a great product. I have used it before from another supplier but they were just too unreliable. I suffered from very bad acid reflux and acid indigestion. I some times had to sleep sitting up in bed to stop the acid burning and to alleviate the symptoms. After using Latero-Flora, taking 2 every day I got Got relief from my acid symptoms within the first week. This is a first rate product that works. I can say it has changed my life.

I am currently taking Latero-flora with Syntol and Formula SF722 by Thorne Research to fight candida. I don't know what exactly is working but my symptoms seem to be improving - and I know that soil-based bacteria are great against candida.

I don’t normally write reviews for supplements (and I take a lot) because I don’t normally notice an immediate dramatic difference in the way I feel. I did feel so much better after taking this probiotic though! For months I suffered with horrible gut discomfort (bloating and constipation) in spite of eating my usual diet full of organic fruit & veg. All I can think is that I must have developed some sort of gut disbyosis. After about 1-2 weeks of taking the recommended dose of 2 capsules before breakfast all my discomfort went away and I was back to being to my “regular” self. I honestly had forgotten what it was like having a normal bowel movement. I must mention that soon after starting this probiotic I also started taking one daily capsule of Megasporebiotic but I feel I do notice more benefits when I take the Latero-Flora with it. Hard to tell yet if the positive effects will last after stopping the Latero-Flora all together as I am still taking it every other day but I’ll be re-ordering soon anyway as I believe it’s always good to top up from time to time!

This product has been life changing. I used to have to read every single food label I had so many food intolerances including soy, yeast and coconut. I now eat these foods daily with no side effects as I've missed them so much. Doctors have struggled to get to the bottom of my gut condition but it was clearly some form of gut disbyosis. Thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

I have sluggish thyroid as result constupation , bloating,IBC. . I combined the latero-flora with the oxy powder as a remedy to relieve massive discomfort and bloating I was feeling. I feel much better now.

This is a great product.

I just simply love this product. I have been using lateroflora in combination with oxypowder as part of the colon cleanse kit. It has been the first product that has flattened my tummy again after several unsuccessful attempts with other probiotics. I take 2 each morning. The beginning was a bit rough which I pertained times some die off but into the 2nd week the brain fog and weakness had lifted. I would highly recommend these products and I continue to take them daily.

I took the recommended dosage for 4 months alongside the oxypowder. The results were great - I looked visibly better, I felt heathy & strong. My skin looked great, my hair was less greasy, my eye sight improved & my joint pain vanished.

I can't beleive how alive I feel on this product. The effects ocurred after a week. Constipation better, less bloated, more energy, less anxiety, ability to cope with day to day stress, mental clarity and brain fog all improved. It hasn't cured the white coating on my tongue, so I am now trying some other products for that, but it has been very effective overall.

I had trouble with IBS and after taking this alongside several other GHC products I have found that it has significantly improved overall very impressed with the product.

This is the first time I am aware of taking a probiotic which seems to induce peristalis. Previously my descending colon felt dead and now it feels alive. It's the only the way I can describe it. I am someone who suffers from long-term constipation, and Later-Flora combined Oxy-Powder or Colosan have really helped me.

Great product if a little pricey to maintain. This brand is very good quality and no unnecessary fillers.

I took the stated does for the recommended time and now take 1 tablet 3 times a week and my goodness what a difference it has made to my life. Before finding Latero-Flora I was really suffering from chronic acid reflux with a stuffy nose and constant sinusitis needing a steroid spray.

I still have digestive problems but not as bad and I am able to eat some of the foods I could not eat before. Try them.

As a part of the liver and intestine cleansing i have added LATERO-FLORA. I am taking 2 caps daily. It is further helping improve digestion and immune system.
