The first thing I noticed after taking Optibac for every day capsules, is that my gut felt really comfortable. There was no gassy after-effect, no bloating, and my constipation has much lessened. Also I've temporarily stopped taking Threelac as I appear to be more constipated on it, don't know why that is, although Threelac IS a great product. Taking this Optibac supplement on a regular basis seems to work for me at the moment. Recommended.

I've used other probiotics in past but not this brand. However will use these in future. I'm interested in some of the other ones in the range and will try these out too.

I really like this Optibac product as it helps with my digestion, bowel and skin - a real health improvement after taking only one a day for a few weeks. I used to take BioKult (which is a brilliant product by the way) but I feel that it's often wise to change the probiotic every so often as the body tends to get used to it, and appears less effective in the long term. Good quality probiotic, trusted brand, will buy again

I have been using OptiBac Probiotics along side Threelac as a maintenance dose to help keep my digestive system in good order. Using them together helps to keep the costs down as Threelac is expensive. However, although I wouldn't risk being without my Threelac having recovered from being so ill some years ago, I find as a complimentary probiotic OptiBac works well.

I ordered these probiotics after a high dosage course of antibiotics to treat a tooth infection. One unexpected benefit is they seemed to improve my bowel function. I was not aware I had any deficiencies in that department, so to speak, but after the probiotics my natural detox ability is working better.
