I started taking Threelac and Oxygen Elements Max after suffering from candida for a long time. This is the best anti candida product for me. Taking it for a month I can see the difference. I noticed I am itching less, breathe better and feeling less tired. The saving in buying the kit is a bonus.

I have also tried fivelac and seven lac and even mixed and matched

I do find three lac more gentle but still very effective especially if you have a sensitive digestive tract

I have been using threelac for many years and then every so often as one does thinks there must be something different maybe as good or better or cheaper, but No! Don't even go there why change a good thing when it works? The only thing i may do is try fivelac or sevenlac

I have been using threelac for 5 years and every now and again i think I"ll try something that may be better,normally after advertisements promoting the best probiotic or colleagues suggestions, i try it finish the pot as i dont want to waste money and everytime im poorly again. I go straight back to Threelac and I'm better again within a week. Threelac is amazing and i will never stop taking it again

After such a long time, finally I figured out that I have candida issues and ordered this anti-candida kit. I have big toe nail fungus on both feet but the left one is more severe, white coating on my tongue and Crohn's disease so I opted for a gentler kit. I started slow with the oxygen elements max. I had no issue with it so started taking the full dose of 7 drops 3 times a day. I take 3 sachets of Threelac before bed after brushing my teeth, scraping my tongue (recommend buying a tongue scraper, it's an old indian practice and definitely helped me lower their numbers in my mouth. I am horrible with coconut oil pulling but it would also help) For the first couple of weeks I had loud noises in my intestine after taking it which is not unpleasant and calmed down later on. I am on my 3rd box and really like it. I would take more than 3 but unfortunately I can't afford it. It's another good product from GHC. I also tried Kidslac, Fivelac before and can recommend those as well. It helped with sugar craving for sure, I don't eat any carbohydrates, grains, sugar/honey to make sure I don't provide them with any food sources. It's a long, hard battle so be patient with yourself. You'll win at the end :-)

But No, this product is not a touch on any of the others and I will come back to it time and again. Never change a good thing and product is a good thing.

Threelac seems to be one of the best products on the market. I have tried similar products.

I have tried all sorts of treatments for Candida and this product is I think the best and most worthwhile individual supplement I've tried. Before I was on it my gut just didnt work properly, loose and bad odours. When I take this my bowel movements are much more regular and healthy seeming. No other probiotic I've taken even comes close. Most seem to hardly do anything. I recommend it. Buy 6 months worth in one go for the 12.5% discount.

I've been taking these products for a few years now and it's possible that I may be finally on top of the candida that has plagued me for decades. With consistent use of Oxygen 11 drops 3 times a day and 2 to 3 sachets of Threelac a day I have noticed that my tongue is pink for the first time since my childhood.! I know this is a good sign. I feel that my body continues to need the Oxygen as it gives me so much more energy and 'colds'are a thing of the past.

I think these products should be taken by the entire population in order to remain in reasonably good health. The oxygen appears to clean the blood and reduce toxins. I heartily recommend these two products together and one saves money in the process!. Thank you Mark for the Finchley Clinic.

Having taken a long time to get my Candida yeast problem identified because of it not being medically recognised at the time I was very relieved to finally understand what the problem actually was. It was then a matter of keeping it under control to greatly reduce symptoms and prevent any spread. Whilst diet plays an important part in this I have taken 3 lac for years to contain the condition. I normally take one sachet per day but on occasion take two, one in the morning and one in the evening. I do this if my stress levels are particularly high or I cannot control my diet so well eg if we are staying away. I find it excellent for helping and couldn’t imagine ever being without it.

After spending a long time searching for a way to help alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms of candida, I have finally found in Threelac a great and effective product that works well and it is easy to tolerate.

I am no longer bloated and completely drained of energy. I noticed a big difference within a week of taking these. I take 2 every night now after initially taking 4 a night for first few nights. I recommend this product to anyone.

So I started taking threelac as I realised I had all the signs of having Candida - the worst being the bloating and the fatigue. After being on it for a couple of weeks (3 sachets a day) I was definitely a lot less bloated and windy!! I finished the box of sachets (lasted roughly a month) and I did feel loads better in my stomach - I have had no bouts of IBS type symptoms flaring up randomly and no looking 7 months pregnant! A little less tired as well but it was the stomach issues that were the best results. So I ordered another box - the capsules this time for a change instead of the sachets. Not sure I why but I prefer the sachets!! It’s obviously the same product but I felt the sachets more beneficial for some weird reason. So halfway through box 2, I still have Candida (did the spit test) but it’s no where near as bad and this thing can take months to kill off. So I am persevering! So to recap I highly recommend this product, it really does what it claims.

I've been using Threelac for 17 years now and have often bought it from The Finchley Clinic. I find it the most effective probiotic when my candida flares up along with sticking to the diet. I've been using threelac for a number of years, too many to count, and it has always worked for me in so many ways not only good for my gut bacteria; I discovered I had a painful hip joint and couldn't put it down to anything I'd done, so I read about the benefit of threelac way back in the day, and thought I would give it a go. After a few days of taking it, I noticed that my hip pain had vanished to my surprise. I could only put it down to taking this product as was taking nothing else. I've been taking threelac for a long time, and even without a few days of taking it, the pain comes back, so, I never run out! I can't rate it highly enough. I first used Threelac over 10 years ago. I used it for around 10 months, starting on 1 per day, gradually increasing it month by month to 5 per day, with meals. During this time it got rid of nasal polyps, eczema on my feet, loss of sense of smell, and hayfever / sinus problems that had been going on for years. When I investigated further I was advised by an expert in the states that this was caused by candida. I was recommended to take anti fungal drugs which I didn't want to take, and this led me to threelac, and I also to give up alcohol, wheat and everything sweet.

I haven't needed Threelac since then until now, when some of my symptoms have returned a little, so now I am purchasing it again for the first time in over a decade.

I have had a problem with Candida for a number of years during which time I have tried many different anti-fungals together with strict Candida diets but I have found that Threelac definitely works best for me.

Owing to me not taking the recommended maintenance dose of Threelac together with my over-indulging in sugar/wine etc I have recently had a return of some of my symptoms, mostly digestive issues, joint and muscle pain. I am taking Threelac again to bring it back under control. Unfortunately I no longer seem to be able to tolerate the packets as the lemon juice gives me heartburn so I have switched to the capsules. I started off on 4 capsules a day and am now building up to taking 8 a day which I intend to take for a couple of months and then taper down. This dosage has worked for me in the past and I am confident it will again as I am already seeing an improvement in my symptoms.

I would highly recommend Threelac and I am finding that the capsules are just as effective as the packets.

I started to get really bad bloating again after a long while and the wind was terrible also the smell! I suspected that candida was on the prowl once again so I ordered a box of Threelac taking two sachets a day then increasing to three. Really works well. The candida doesn't know what's hit it! Feeling so much better now.

I took one sachet a day for a week then two a day for the last few weeks. It coincided with starting diabetic tablets and eating more healthily so it's difficult to distinguish effects. I've lost weight and have had no ill effects from die off. I took a small amount of magnesium at the same time. Threelac lemon flavour sachets are easy and pleasant to take. They arrived on time when ordered. No complaints.

ThreeLac capsules are fantastically easy to take. But I prefer the taste of ThreeLac lemon individual powder packets. They taste great and I can use them to make homemade coconut yogurt. Both products make my gut happy and the eczema in my ears and a growth on my finger are both going away. I take it with Candizov. GREAT PRODUCTS!!

I’ve noticed such a difference since I’ve been taking this. I’ve gotten less colds my digestion is better and I haven’t had thrush (which I used to get almost monthly)

I have been taking 2 sachets a day and that’s been enough, I would recommend having it in a Little water it’s tastes fine, it’s not nice putting straight into your mouth though as the powder just sticks.

Fabulous probiotic qualities

After taking Oxy Powder and it worked, I decided to speak with Mark and ask him if he could help me again. I have suffered with bloating and feeling as if I was being blown up like a balloon  he suggested taking active Digestion Enzymes and ThreeLac Pobiotic,I started on 1 a day fire a week then 2 a day for another week then 3 a day and have taken that ever since. Its now about 3 months and have found great relief from the bloating and uncomfortable feelings. Have felt so much better.

Not only that but my hair has been so much more manageable and natural looking.

1 sachet a day is effective and gentler than other candida killers. However, the powder does have a tendency to stick to the back of the throat and tongue so I will try the capsules instead.

I have occasional outbreaks of angular cheilitis, typically one or two times a year. It always comes on fast but takes a long time to defeat. Threelac is the ONLY thing that has ever helped keep it under control. The first time I used it, in the midst of an outbreak several years ago, I was desperate for a solution - and it worked. Nowadays, when I am not actively fighting angular cheilitis, I generally have one packet every two or three days just to keep the pH of my gut biome in the helpful zone, but when the issue comes on strong I take two or three each day. So as someone who is prone, I can't say that Threelac prevents this issue entirely, but it does help limit its severity and subdue it much quicker than it would ever go away on its own.
