I initially got the sample size to see how my body would respond as I have a very sensitive body to Supplements.

I was delighted after about three or four days of taking one a day to notice an increase my brain capacity for being able to think as well as a substantial increase in energy.

This was quite significant to me had three hits of Covid and was struggling with energy levels and palpitations and breathlessness.

Really handy to have in your pocket or phone sleeve, and I’m now up to 2 a day and really notice my body respond favourably.

Very good product .... I found that, if I took 2 tablets early afternoon, I had more energy available and I was far less sleepy.. my sister tried two of my tablets on afternoon and found she felt the same.

I would highly recommended these. They have helped to energise and get family memebers through the day. We have chronic fatigue sufferers and someone who has fybromyalgia. Has helped speed up healing too! Pricey but one thing that has worked well!

This sublingual really works. We’ve used for family with fybromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Makes a difference- perks the body and gives some energy to get through the day. Has helped in more rapid healing for injuries too! Pricey but worth it- we order regularly now.

Despite these being quite expensive we decided to purchase these as a blind buy. I have done an extensive research into the biochemical mechanism of NAD substance as I am medical and I make sure always read approved clinical trials published on gov. Pubmed website. It is important to me supplements I take have been involved in gov. Recognised trials. Having been aware how biodegradable this chemical element is in human body I have decided to thereafter research this particular supplement. I must say I was quite impressed. German products seem to always have good reputation on the market and I must say the medical rational behind this supplement stands to the reason. but the proof was still in the pudding.

I have been through major extensive collapse due to barrage of unforeseen family circumstances. It is safe to say my body has given up on life after years of physical / mental and emotional struggles due to family loved ones loss to suicide and caring for disabled child. Just after one sublingual pill I felt the surge of energy. My head has lifted and I have noticed how crystal clear is all around me. I have been now taking this supplement for 4 days 20mg/ Once a day and SNAP I AM BACK TO NORMAL! I have cried the tears of joy as I feel 30again, feel to my pre- kids energy and back to my mischievous mind when I was young, wild and free????

I am just astound what this product has done for me. As a medical professional I am well aware that it is important one takes the appropriate product at the right time on their healing journey ie. The same benefits might not be felt for every person taking this particular substance but for me it is a life saver and I will continue to purchase it as it is worth it. Unfortunately I didn't experience any noticeable changes to my energy levels, brain function or general health and vitality. I'm sure it was helping internally (I trust Finchley Clinic to only sell top quality products) but it wasn't the 'magic pill' I was looking for to help with these issues. It's easy to take and tastes nice.

Really good product, I felt a good energy boost after taking it while being jet lagged. Definitely recommend.

These tablets are excellent and give me enough energy for normal activities, for one morning. After about 1.30 I have little energy for the rest of the day. However, if I took a second tablet at lunchtime it would be too much and I probably would not sleep that night. I have had M.E. for 23 years and have got to know what I can and can't do, quite well! The ideal solution for me would be a 30mg tablet. Maybe I should try halving them ...

I've been taking nadh rapid for 6 weeks. I'm 39 years old and a keen runner aswell as holding down a full time job as a bus driver. I take nadh on the days I'm working long shifts (which is most days) and also when I've got a hard training session. As it says on the tin, I feel the effects within 15 mins, a nice natural buzz , mental clarity improves and I feel more alert and switched on which in my line of work is much needed. I feel nadh has improved my running , during and and after , I feel I've got more in reserve. I say I can feel the effects for several hours. At the moment I just take rapid nadh but I am looking into the slow release capsules.

I took one in the morning on days when I was in need of a bit more energy and I felt like they definitely gave me a boost. Obviously a higher dose would be even better. They are expensive so I decided to try the slow release ones and they are very effective too so I'll stick with them as they are more affordable.

This product is fantastic for an energy boost throughout the day. It really helps with my MS fatigue.

this supplement increases energy in a mild, non-jerky way. I used it in the late afternoon during intensive intellectual work. Recommended

I decided to start using this product at the beginning of the lockdown. due to sleep deprivation with a baby and my 4 year old now at all home all day every day, I was exhausted and didn't know how I was going to get through the next few months looking after them both without any help or relief. I feel like this product literally saved my life. it is not a miracle worker - nothing can replace the health benefits of enough sleep, but on the days that I have not had enough, it gives me back some of the lost energy, so that I can quite comfortably get through the day without being a complete monster to my children! on the days that I do get enough sleep, it brings me a much clearer head, more creativity and a feeling of joy to be in the world, and definitely more energy. I feel that the effects are cumulative, and very much appreciate the fact that this product does not give you a short-lived 'buzz' and then a crash, like a stimulant or caffeine., which I dislike enormously. Expensive product but worth it. Would definitely recommend it. I take one 20mg in the morning.

I took one tablet per day before exercise. I felt I had something in reserve when normally I might of been tired. I may try higher dosages depending on my workout routines. I needed less coffee during the day to,I could feel alert late in the evenings. Happy to keep buying and reporting on any changes.

I have been using this for my children (6 and 8) for a while now. One is very sporty and the other one used to have very low energy (wanting to nap and move as little as possible) They take one tablet each in the morning and it had made a tremendous difference. There has been a huge increase in stamina and consistant energy levels in general. I also find they are more focused. It is expensive but is the one supplement I won't do without.

Dr. Birkmayer's NADH is our go-to energy fix for any drop in energy and for energy support to help recovery from any health problem. Only yesterday, I I started to feel flu-like symptoms and a drop of energy so immediately took two NADH. This morning my energy levels are much increased and the flu symptoms have gone. I'm just waiting for my latest order to be delivered as I can't imagine being without them.

I was diagnosed with extreme sleep disorders My body literally felt as though it was stuck. I looked into NADH and started with 20mg which helped but I still did not feel great. NADH Rapid Release (Professor George D. Birkmayer) is too 'rapid' for me!

Unfortunately, just one of these gave me severe adrenal type symptoms so I had to stop immediately.

Fortunately however, I read the booklet on NADH that I got from Finchley: "Everything you should know about NADH (Coenzyme1) by Professor George D. Birkmayer", which explains that the RAPID-hit sublingual tablets are unsuitable for a number of conditions including fatigue disorders such as CFS/ME, and instead require a time-release product, for a slower & controlled release of NADH.

Professor George D. Birkmayer does produce other NADH formulations, incl' "NADH CONSTANT ENERGY (Professor George D. Birkmayer)", which I was able to procure from another UK source - I took the NADH CONSTANT ENERGY in the dosage recommended by Prof' Birkmayer and felt extremely well! I wonder if Finchley will consider getting the "NADH CONSTANT Energy (Professor George D. Birkmayer)" tablets, or perhaps another time-release version of NADH?

I have found this to be beneficial in helping with my CFS: an extremely complex condition. I initially bought it direct from Austria but was delighted and grateful to find it stocked at the Finchley Clinic.

I started on a dose of 6 tablets daily (see Prof. Birkmayer's booklet, available here, for the recommended dosage for your ailment / condition). I am now taking 2 tablets daily: increasing the dose in times of stress.

If you believe NADH may help with your condition, do try this brand - the ONLY NADH that I can recommend: otherwise you may be throwing your hard-earned cash down the drain. If you feel no benefit after using this NADH, under Prof. Birkmayer's direction, it's not for you.

NADH gives you constant natural energy. Instead of stimulant up and down crash. Recommend this for anyone wanting to stop using harsh stimulants or that want a nice flow of energy.

I have been giving this to my 16 year old daughter 1 per day, combined with CoEnzyme Q1. This combination really helped her study for exams, she's more engaging in general, more energetic, concentrates better, and her mood is better.
