Dry easy to take with no ill effects. Noticed a marked improvement in energy and less digestive discomfort so very pleased with this product.
I have a painful ankle due to arthritis and I find that the Curcumin liquid greatly relieves the pain and is far more effective than curcumin tablets.
This product dies exactly what it's meant to do, quickly. I use for joint pain. When I use curcumin I don't have any. I'm 58.
This might look like an expensive bottle of junk but when you only need 5ml a day it lasts some time. And it certainly does the trick and has reduced the number of night time visits to the toilet from 3 or 4 to one, sometimes none. Unfortunately when you stop taking it your prostate seems to swell again and the disruption of you sleep by your bladder comes back. But a few pennies for a good nights sleep I think this is well worth it.

I ordered this product after it being recommended by Mark Lester for my partner who suffers from tendinitis, lower back pain and enlarged prostate. He started taking it about 5 weeks ago at 1/2 teaspoon once per day. It did give him a few die-off symptoms (anxiety, stomach discomfort), but he persevered with it, dropping the dose to 1/4 teaspoon. After only 1 week of taking this, he told me he was not getting up to go to the toilet as much (he had been getting up 4 times in the night). His tennis elbow slowly started feeling better, and so did his lower back. After a few more weeks he was able to play sport again - racket ball, and he said he felt fantastic when out on his mountain bike. He seemed to have more energy. My partner is a very sceptical person regarding alternative health, so this is fantastic. It is good that there are great products out there that work.
What an amazing product! The Liposomal Curcumin is a high quality version of the Turmeric/Curcumin supplement and in this form; it is far more bio-available to our body.
It helps with most inflammation issues and produces great result.
