I got this liver cleanse as recommended by a friend in the US. I found it easy to follow. I wasn’t expecting the Epsom salts and olive oil to taste so bad haha. I managed to take them well despite the flavour. I really didn’t know what to expect. Day 1 I felt really hungry. Day 2 I had no appetite. I went on a school trip. I had terrible right side neck pain. Ive had rode side neck pain for over 20 years and only recently found that it could be related to my gall bladder. At the end of the trip I started to feel quite unwell. My stomach was feeling very queasy. It did pass after about 45 minutes. Day 3 feeling tired and having loose movements. Day 5 tired and loose movements. Day 6 lots of gall stones and loose movements. This has continued into day 7. I’m really pleased that I’ve seen over 100 stones of different sizes. Some really tiny up to the size of a marble. I will do this cleanse again.

Quite simply the easiest liver cleanse I have done.

This is my favourite brand & I am please to say I completed this liver cleanse in May 2022. I followed the diet plan with the products as directed, which includes drinking 3 litres of water daily over the course of a week. All the products were palatable considering I wasn't looking forward to consuming the epsom salts with warm water & raw organic olive oil with the juice of 2 whole freshly squeezed red grapefruits but actually it was fine. It made a significant difference by the 7th day. Not only did I notice my gut health felt toxin-free, empty & cleansed. My skin was looking hydrated, radiant & clear. My stomach was flatter & I had lost nearly 4kg following the program with diet, supplements, water intake & without any exercise. I felt great & decided I would do this liver cleanse again. I plan on ordering the kit shortly.

I followed this liver cleanse exactly as stated. I felt a bit unwell on the 3rd day but mostly felt good throughout. Very satisfying to see the little pea shaped stones come out. Felt good afterwards & will definitely do another one as it's so easy to follow & far better than the ' old ' way using just lemon juice & olive oil. I found grapefruit juice with the olive oil made it manageable. Great product.

My partner and I tried the liver and gall bladder cleanse after it was recommended to us. We both struggled through it, as it’s not for the faint hearted, but it has made us both feel so much better. I struggled with gut pains and bloating for years, after this cleanse it has completely gone away.

I decided to take this liver cleanse as I know my liver is sluggish. Days 1-4 was easy for me as I eat plant based anyway. Lost lots of weight; down to 48.4kg, usually 50-51kg. I started my cleanse on Sunday as I don’t work Fridays. Taking the Epsom salt was no problem, the oil was hard work and I managed to drink it without mixing. I instantly felt sick and went straight to bed. I could feel pulling bad pulsing internally. Next morning, I didn’t have a bowel movement until midday. I purchased a Sieve and removed the handle so I could trap and rinse away and unwanted debris. WOW... to my surprise I expelled 14 parasites all of various lengths. This stool movement looked very different from my usual motion. Stones, jelly stuff and mucus, not nice to look at but I’m relieved they no longer live in me. My skin instantly looks brighter and smoother, my eye bags look deflated and my dark circles look less visible.I will order again to do another cleanse in December 2022 as I understand 2-3 cleanses are intense with dramatic results. I’m 54 and understand it’s going to take time and patience to heal my body internally.

Just ordering 2 more of these. Worked great for the 6 days. Next 3 days i thought maybe a problem as seemed a bit constipated. After 3 days back to normal ! Maybe there was nothing left in my colon ..!!

Seemed to work most the first 1/2 days..I guess I was overloaded. This is the first detox I ever made.

Maybe by coincidence..I will check again next week but high blood pressure was down also ?

I was advised that to really cleanse your liver, you needed to do 3 liver cleanses - so I did. The kits arrived quickly and the instructions were very clear.

My first cleanse was beyond dramatic. Not much happened until the 'purge' and then boy did I purge! I passed out and when I came to, had some of the most dramatic bowel movements that I had ever had!

It took a little while to get enough courage to do the 2nd cleanse (after I'd found that cleanses can have this effect!) and this and the 3rd cleanse were far less dramatic, although it got harder to take the olive oil. Felt absolutely great after all this and with a new vibrancy. The whole world seemed 'cleaner' somehow, for a little while.

I followed the instructions implicitly and did not find it difficult to do.Even the Epsom salts and Olive Oil were not as bad as I thought they would be.

Have felt so much better since doing this and will certainly be doing it again.

Well what can I say? I certainly flushed out my liver and gall bladder it was quite a remarkable experience. I highly recommend as part of a serious detox program

I did my first GHC Liver Cleanse for five days including the flush night. I wasn't hungry or particularly tired during the cleanse, and the most difficult part was the flush night, and taking the olive oil plus orange juice. It was hard to keep it down during the night, but I am so glad I persevered. I have a auto-immune type of diabetes, late-onset, now classified as Type 1 and I am on insulin. My diabetic nurse was fine with me trying this cleanse. For two nights during the cleanse I had to stop taking insulin altogether. And now my dosage is basically half of what I was on before I began. It has just been over a week since I finished, and I am making no claims here of anything, as diabetes is a serious illness, but this is what happened for me. I will try another cleanse when I can. A lot of my digestive issues (five long years of it) have settled down remarkably. Thank you, Finchley Clinic!

This liver cleanse kit is fantastic. My naturopath recommended I have been performing this cleanse following a number of health issues. Main issue was inflammation. I just always looked very puffy and bloated everywhere. I followed the advice as listed on the Global healing centre website and performed the liver cleanse using this kit. And the results were pretty much instant. Once I completed the cleanse. All the puffiness and bloating disappeared. My sleep improved. Lost lots of weight. It was like something was stuck and following the cleanse everything unblocked itself. I performed a second one and that seems to have helped with my thyroid issues as my thyroid issues were secondary to other ongoing issues. I’m currently in the process of performing my third cleanse and with each cleanse I just feel so much healthier. It’s worth getting this kit and performing a liver cleanse. You will be surprised with the results. To note some people do suffer terrible side effects whilst on the cleanse but my naturopath told me this is all the toxins being released from the body and the body on a healing path. They settle down three days into performing the first cleanse. Second cleanse I had no side effects whatsoever

I can only say 'wow'! Over the past couple of years I've tried many different products or protocols for gut healing and detoxification/liver support and never have I experienced such great (visible) results in just 5 days! My husband and I did the liver cleanse simultaneously and decided to follow the dietary recommendations closely except for breakfast (due to blood sugar imbalances I can't start off the day with fruit). It took some preparation and intentionality to permanently have the right meals and snacks available (especially being on the road) and drink the required amount of the ACV or Liver Cleanse Mix at the right times but the effort was definitely worth it: on the day after 'flush day' each of us literally passed hundreds of greenish, brownish or yellowish stones some being half as big as a 1 cent coin! Several of our family and friends were so blown away at the pictures we showed them that they ordered their own liver cleanse kits right away... I can highly recommend this product!

I have taken the oxy powder on 2 or 3 occasions over a period of a month or so each time during 216-217Of course I benifitted in a much deeper way than any other colon cleanse I have taken orally in the past

It is a much more cost effective although it seems initially expensive that colon therapy which can cost between £5-£1 per session

Then the Latero Flora is wonderful with it and you can do it yourself in the comfort of your home.

I like to buy it in a health kit as I can try one of the brilliant Global Healing centers other products like Livertrex this time and last time it was Renaltrex
