Great probiotic. I tend to mix up the strains and brands as good to get a diverse amount of good bacteria. Excellent to take after a course of antibiotics, or even daily for health.
Initially I had been taking 2 capsules a day on the advice of Mark to help with allergies along with Allertrex and HistX and have to say they did make a difference. Unfortunately I had run out, then had a bout of sickness & diarrhoea, took over the counter meds, which helped initially, but was left with stomach gripes and bloating, lasting for over a week, was informed by GP that is was IBS. So I re-ordered the Opti-Bac and took 2 tablets a day and WOW what a difference, no stomach gripes and my bloating is reducing. Lesson learnt - Thank you Mark and team for such a helpful product
Great probiotics at a great price. One a day seemed to help my digestion. Will buy again : )
this is the best probiotic on the market in my opinion.
I have used this for a couple of years on and off. I’ve noticed a difference in my cfs/me symptoms when using it. Ie improved health digestion bowels cognition. I’d definitely recommend it. Much higher quality than others I’ve taken. I’ve also found For Every Day Extra Strength, and Optibac Saccharomyces boulardii helpful x
Good probiotic. Used after illness needing antibiotics & steroid treatment. Decided on a high strength product which seemed to do the job in helping restore natural balance to my system. Normally use a lower strength product as a regular supplement.
This was one of several probiotics which I have sampled over the last couple of years. It is one which I would recommend. I have found that regular use of such products has helped to improve my digestion and the general well being of my gut. This particular product would rate as one of the better examples. I have tended to find that similarly high quality probiotics have the best results. I now have three products from three different sources which I would recommend and buy which ever is on offer. This is one of them!
SInce I started taking it daily, my digestion improved slowly but steadily. I lost my belly which turned out to be a bloated stomach. I did lose some weight but most importantly is the fact that I am now less bloated and 'feel' healthier.
