Reviews for Skin Therapy (formerly O2-Zap) - Ozonated Olive Oil - 50ml

I started using this product about six weeks ago and I have seen a great improvement in my skin. My facial blemishes have faded well (I first noticed a difference after only two weeks) and I get far less pimples. The few spots I do get are smaller and heal much faster.

The smell is quite 'fresh', hoewever, I have grown to like it (?). I use this oil twice daily; morning and night after cleansing my face. My skin feels softer and hydrated after use.

I am very happy with Skin Therapy, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to fade blemishes (hyper-pigmentation) or reduce pimples.

I bought this product with the intention of using it as a night time moisturiser. It is very thick and oily (as expected) and doesn't not easily sink into the skin. However by morning there is no residue and my skin definitely feels better when I use it. I've not really had any opportunities to use it on scars/cuts/bites so I cannot comment on this. I did have a bad toothache one day and had read that ozonated olive oil is very helpful - I found it a little difficult to apply to my gum purely because it melts almost immediately, I can't say it was 100% effective but I definitely noticed a reduction in pain/swelling. I was going to give this product 4/5 stars because of the fact that its very oily but upon reflection - it is an entirely oil based product!

I liked this had a strong ozone smell which lasted for ages when applied would purchase again although I thought it was a bit pricey.

This product has many uses, I’ve used for some skin issues, such as cracked/sore skin in the corner of my mouth, which healed within a couple days. My mother has also used on skin issues (sores) on her legs related to diabetes. She’s fed back that this product helped considerably after 1-week use. I had initially bought to help combat adult acne, but it had no effect. I’m instead working on detoxing (lymphatic system and heavy metals) and strengthening my gut health for that long-term issue. Overall, I would recommend this product.

I tried this product to see if it would soften my skin, in parts, and help reduce some hyper pigmentation due to some 'breakouts'. I did not particularly like the smell, though it lessened with time, I did feel a difference in my skin and it looked better.

Love this product, great for skin issues for humans & pets. On to my 3rd jar of this.

I love it, very moisturising and it’s helping me clearing my acne, can be used on any skin condition, honestly works miracles, just ordered my second pot, I don’t think there is anything better than this. Using it for night time mainly and you have to get use to the smell, but when I see how lovely it is, I don’t mind it very much.

Used like toothpaste to calm down toothache & root canal infection. Life saver as no dentists working currently - possible filling cracked from biting onto kernel or tiny stone. Brushed gently onto gums around root canal - pain & inflammation reduced daily & could touch gums after a few days. Carefully brushed aching tooth - had immediate cessation of throbbing/nerve pain and immense pain relief by the next day. After a couple of days I could start drinking tea & eat hot food again. (NB: I'm only using it once a day - it tastes awful but irrelevant with such dramatic results!)

I tried this O2-Zap when the Medcare (which is much my favourite) was out of stock.

When I bought this it was described as having a gel-like consistency, which I find not to be the case - it is very hard, even at room temperature, & takes a lot of rubbing to get enough on my fingers to be of any use.

I had hoped to use it on my feet, but because it's so hard I just use the odd dab on any cuts and abrasions.

I personally consider the Medcare to be the best of the three, due to its consistency (like soft butter) and the inclusion of Shea butter and Cocoa Butter in the formulation, which I find suits my skin.

I bought this recently for my fungal infection (ringworm) spread on back of my hand to wrist.

As I’m pregnant, my gp refused to prescribe me any medications but more than that, I and my husband don’t like using medications in general. So I’d searched for natural remedies that I could possibly use.

I tried many other natural products which may help fungal infection such as apple cider vinegar, colloidal silver spray, turmeric, coconuts oil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic... all of them seemed to work at the beginning for a few days to a week but never cured my infection completely.

I was getting frustrated and desperate to find any products that could be used safely during pregnancy and thanks god I found this “ozonated olive oil”!!!

I’ve been using this for a week now and I can see redness is fading out which I didn’t see when I used other products! Slowly but it’s definitely getting better every day!

I love this product as I can use it for other skin problem (I have so many skin problems with this pregnancy!).

It’s not cheap but it’s worth paying for what you’d get in return!!

I’ll try Medcare next time!

I have used Medcare in the past successfully but decided to try this one as you were out of stock on the Medcare. I had a skin flare up on my neck that initially looked like an allergic reaction but then the chemist thought it looked fungal so suggested Daktarin. I tried that and it made it worse, very sore and red and spreading. I used ozonated olive oil for my husbands athletes foot with complete success so started using it twice a day on my neck. It immediately soothed it and within three days started to look better. It turned to a healthy pink rather than angry red and was reducing rather than increasing in size. Within a couple of weeks it was completely gone.

Because of this success I have taken a jar to my mum who has a psoriasis like patch on her forehead which the doctors have seen but offer nothing more than aqueous cream. It tends to dry and flake then crust especially in the dry heat of winter central heating. I treated the patch twice a day for ten days while I was with her and it improved it dramatically. The skin is pink and there is much less crusting. Mum has continued using it when she remembers (she is starting to be forgetful, but then she is 88) and I will go back to treating it every day for two weeks when I’m with her in February. I think for her it will be a long term treatment that will help to stop the patch reverting to a dry crusting area that she damages easily when she turns in her sleep.

Anyway...it’s a great product the smell is a little off putting but I find that once applied it settles and you don’t notice it. It doesn’t stay sticky either which is great.

I use this for my gums (3x/day, rubbed with finger): I tend to have a lot of issues with inflammation and plaque. Granted, it does not taste very nice but then 1) I've always considered that something I take for my health does not have to taste nice but to be efficient and 2) you get used to it.

And the result is great ! After a week or two, the inflammation was much better (after a month, none !!), it has considerably slowed down the formation of plaque and most of all, my gums adhere better to my teeth ! (even the dentist noticed it :-) )

To be complete, I have to say that in parallel, I work on my gut because I believe gut and gums are strongly linked. The synergy of the two works wonders !

This product is by far the best, it work great on athletes foot one application relieves the irritation instant relief and heals it well with only applying it twice a day for a week. great on and dealing with dry skin.
