Vitamin D3 4000iu - vegan - 30 capsules

I have mast cell activation syndrome and am very low in vitamin d as I react extremely strongly to pollen, most foods and supplements and even sunlight at times.

This is one of the few supplements I don't react to and I love BioCare.

It is not a huge dose, so better as a top up for people who aren't really deficient or as a trial if like me you are very sensitive.
