I take two capsules every morning and have done for almost a year now. I am 58 years old and my intention is not to get osteoporosis as I get older. I had a bone scan two years ago which showed as normal "for my age". I do not eat meat or dairy products. I will be going for my final bone scan this August. I will report back on my results which I am really interested to learn.

please note that whatever i write here is only my experiience based on my pwn personal research - i am only representing myself here! but since i am here let me say that this product is my absolute go to product when i have any symptoms of gout which i get on occasion - but when i do, as many of you will know, it is insidiously painful. i did a lot research on natural remedies for gout and came across coral calcium and it's ability (along with ionised water and the fivelac product) to help neutralise the acidity in the body which causes the inflammation known as gout. as with all things i have a healthy but open-minded scepticism so i was willing to invest a little funding in myself.

i am happy to report that from the moment i started taking coral calcium my body thanked me most heartily! the symptoms disappeared very quickly (within the day) i have not had gout since taking it other than an extremely rare and mild flare up. if that does happen i immediately up the dosage by a capsule for that night (i usually take two every night, so this would mean taking three) and i find it has gone by the morning, it certainly never develops further. i have not had to make any dietary changes - which didn't work for me anyway - other than to always use biocera water filters. i believe this helps because the smaller water molecules can effectively enter the cells and flush out any inflammation which is also useful when your body starts getting older and the cell walls thicker!!

this particular brand of coral calcium is worth every penny i spend on it and i will never use another brand. the fact that the finchley clinic is so reliable and discerning in their products is an added bonus. i trust them in their knowledge and the quality of the products they choose to sell in their impressive arsenal.

I have been taking coral calcium for about 8 months, originally to help with my hiatus hernia symptoms (acidic pain from my stomach). After taking 2 capsules each evening for about a month, I had no more symptoms and discontinued the medication given to me by my doctor which didn't work anyway.

According to my kiniseiologist this product is far better for me than any other calcium products she has tested me for.

I originally bought Coral Complete to try to make by body more alkaline. I am intolerant to dairy products so was also a little concerned about calcium deficiency.

I have now been taking it for 2 years (2 tablets at bed time). Within about 2 weeks I noticed that my nails are usually quite brittle and break quite easily had improved, and that there was definitely lot more hair growth and was in better condition.

After about a month I noticed less stomach disturbances (which I think was connected with yeast / candida imbalance as a result of my body being too acidic). I had already improved a bit from taking threelac and oxygen elements plus but it was at this point that I really improved.

Having tried other Coral calcium supplements, I can also say that this has been the easiest brand for me to tolerate as I am usually quite sensitive.
