I'm glad I got these. I've been taking the 100mg 1 at night. They are natural and really good. I felt an improvement in sleep/mood quickly. I'm well into 2nd month and my husband and son in law are now on them also. Good natural and effective product. I highly recommend

Excellent product, helps to stabilise your nervous system, I take one at night for restful sleep without side effects. It aids to fall asleep when stressed.

I take Serotone twice a day to ease the anxiety disorder I experience. I find it is helping me enormously to remain calm and relaxed even in the midst of stress related events.

I take more in the evening 30 mins before sleep and it really knocks me out. So glad that this Serotone is a natural product and it leaves no after effects in the morning like some sleeping pills do. I recommend this product for anyone who has to live with fear and anxiety.
