A very good product. I have been taking this spray during a time of chronic stress. It gives me some much needed energy, especially during times of sluggish adrenals. Part of my arsenal to deal with life’s challenges. I use three sprays in the morning.

I tried this product as I thought that liquid versions of suppliments absorb better in the body.

It was a sale item so I gave it a try as I prefer to take capsules or even tablets.

To be honest I didn't get on great with it and had to force myself to take it.

I found the product far too sweet and got 1/2 way through and threw away the rest on my garden compost.

Sorry that my review couldn't be more glowing but I'm just being honest with my experience.

Bought this for my husband to take short-term whilst suffering with brain-fog and feeling 'tired and wired' during a stressy period at work. He took 1 spray under the tongue morning and lunchtime and noticed an immediate improvement (within a couple of days) in his ability to concentrate. He also found it easier to fall asleep at night and enjoyed a more restful sleep than previously.

B12 is a must for anyone on a plant based diet.

This product is a great option. First its Methylcobalamin - the superior form of B23 and second its in a spray form, making it more absorbable - this is a significant issue for B12.

A great option to help maintain good B12 levels

This is a must if you are a vegetarian. I do one spray every morning. The taste is ok, could take a few weeks to build up your levels, a blood test soon should show I have improved my levels.

Very good product, very good quality for this methylcobalamin. My mother has been using it for a couple of months, and it is always the same bottle, with 3 sprays a day. She feels better, and sleeps better. Highly recommended

With most supplements it takes me a while to know how I'm responding, but with B12 I usually feel a difference in about a week. I think this is a better spray than the one I've been using recently - there's the usual noticeable upturn in energy, but more clarity as well. The only downside for me is the taste, which I find unpleasant, but that's easily solved by having a glass of water handy. Pretty good stuff.

Have used this product for several years. Very easy to take, with the spray function. Anything I take (supplements, herbs, etc) always gets 'tested' by noticing how my own energy field responds to it. 'Subjective', maybe, but it works for me! So I feel a positive 'buzz' with this product. It brings (and stabilises) a feeling of strength, wellness and groundedness.

Have been using this since after I was diagnosed with b12 deficiency two years ago. Works awesome, has a nice flavour.

With B12 being extremely difficult to absorb, this product is ideal.

Couple of sprays under the tongue twice a day will ensure that you keep your B12 topped up and will also assist in providing energy.

I have no hesitation in recommending this product and it even taste great.

I have been using Advantage Vitamin B12 oral spray for three years now. I use the recommended daily dose of 5 mcg, which is one spray. Due to a gut problem, I was not absorbing well. I have Osteoporosis, for which I took Bisphosphonates for 7 years. My bone density in my spine has usually decreased at each Dexa scan. The last scan showed that although there was no improvement, the bone density had not worsened. My GP was very impressed. I also take other vitamins and minerals.Although the Vitamin B12 may not be entirely responsible for the outcome, I am sure that is due to the fact that it is better absorbed via the spray method.I shall continue to use it for the rest of my life.

This is a fantastic vitamin b12 supplement. After having very low levels of B12 recorded, after a few months of taking this every day my levels were high. It definitely does what it's supposed to do!

I started taking the Advantage Vitamin B12 about 2 weeks ago. I have Fibromyalgia (FM) and also Brachial Plexus Neuropathy which has gives me a lot of pain in my arms. I am not sure if it is the FM that is the cause of the nerve pain or the neuropathy or both but since taking the B12 there has been a marked reduction of pain in my arms especially the right one and my muscle strength has improved too. I am not sure but I think that the myelin sheath on the nerves which have been affected by FM and neuritis may have been healed through the B12 supplementation.

I really like this product as it has no chemicals or additives which would cause me problems. The only downside to this product is that it is only 5mcg per dose and as I am taking 4mcg daily it doesn't last as long as I would like. However, I will continue to buy this as I have a new lease of life free from debilitating pain and less FM symptoms.

I am very pleased with this. My mother had very low b12 levels but not low enough for the GP to agree to injections - she started using several sprays of this every day & a few months later when her GP tested her B12 it was at the higher end of 'normal' - so it obviously works very well! Her symptoms were loads better too.

I have been using this product for some time now, with my GP's blessing, due to the fact that I do not absorb well through my gut. I have osteoporosis, and need to improve my bone density. I am hoping that I am absorbing sublingually, but will not know until my next DEXA scan in 214, whether or not it has helped. It is pleasant to take, and has caused no side effects. It is good value for money.

I've been suffering from severe ME/CFS for over a decade. One of the best things that's helped me on my healing journey has been B12 injections as prescribed by a fantastic Private Doctor. When sublingual sprays came along, she felt they were as good as the injections - and much to my relief, they are! Then I found the Methylated form - this really helps me to keep going and keep my head clearer! Great product, no sweetners or any other baddies which aggrivate my multiple allergies, naturally tasty, lasts for ages and I can feel that I get full absorbtion - so great value! I can't recommend this product enough!

Two years ago my dog was diagnosed with intestinal disease leading to a severe vitamin B12/cobalamin deficiency. The treatment was to inject him twice a week with B12. Not only was this painful and stressful, but being the synthetic form he reacted badly to it.

Searching for a solution to this nightmare I came across this spray. To be honest I really didn't think it would work. If it was that effective why hadn't my vet recommended it?

All I can say is that this spray has been nothing short of a miracle. One spray in the morning and he has become a different dog. His B12 readings at the vet have returned "very high", and he has never had another injection.

Friends of mine(the human variety) have since purchased this product for themselves and have all noticed an increase in energy levels and general wellbeing. I cannot rate this product highly enough.
