I'm using it now from more than a year and really helped me with constipation I always struggled with.

I was on painkillers which cause constipation. I took two capsules at bedtime with a glass of water. The following morning I ate breakfast and had a bowel movement.

On reflection I think it’s better to up fibre intake by eating more vegetables, fruits and seeds especially crushed linseeds. This is what I will do in future and if needs must I will take Mag 07

This product is expensive but it certainly dealt with my problem.

I have some issues with constipation, and this product is really good. Even though it is written that one can take it on a long course, I prefer to stop it for a week all 3 weeks.

I got this product after reading the reviews. It has worked well. I have used the recommended dose and would achieve a good movement within a number of hours. It hasn't had any side effects or caused any discomforts.

Just took the recommended daily dose and this works!

I recently started taking Mag 07 capsules and was very pleased with the result. There was no discomfort or side effects, just being ‘regular’ and the reassurance that every morning I experienced relief and happy that my body was behaving as I thought it should! I have been on Colosan tablets for quite a while, which are also very beneficial, but I think the Mag 07 capsules work even better.

Have been using these for some time and are the only thing that works for my constipation without being too harsh. I have tried numerous other things to no avail. Initially I took 6-8 tablets to get a full cleanse and then for maintenance dose I take 1 or 2 tablets per day depending how I feel.

You won’t be disappointed with this product and I feel so much better after finding it which was from a recommendation after having an intolerance test

My husband and I are retired therapists and have used Colosan ourselves and also recommended them to our clients/patients for many years now. We have recently been using Mag 0 7 and have found them to be even more efficient and would recommend them to everyone. The reason some people are afraid to try these products is because they are afraid of getting too harsh a reaction, which is not the case. If one starts with a single capsule (we like to take them in the morning) and take more if needed the next day etc it is a gentle natural response of inner cleansing and helps the digestive system - which as we get older is not so efficient. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

Mag 07 is the best ' cleansing' product I have come across in a lifetime of constipation. I am a woman in my 70's. It is gentle & reliably effective, no cramps, no I'll effects. I take one or two tabs most nights & they work the next morning. Highly recommend. But they are expensive.

I took 2 tablets the first night, 3 the next and then 2 a day later as I forgot, and then they started working. I have longterm IBS with constipation and these tablets are an answer to prayer. There are no long term side effects from what I understand and I finally have regular bowel movements! It truly is a miracle! I now take 2 to 3 every night with water, occasionally skipping a night if I don't feel the need to take them. I am forever grateful to my new nutritionist for recommending Mag07 and I now tell everyone who mentions constipation about them!

This is my daily go-to for regular, healthy bowel movements. I take two at night and have a great release in the morning. Highly recommend this product, especially for those with a tendency towards constipation. Best solution I have found.

Excellent product which helps to remove the feacal matter. If you have a bloated stomach, sluggish evacuation, want to improve the transit of your bowels it is a fantastic product. I use it every night with lots of water. It’s important to drink a large cup of water. In this way the stools are loose and come out easily bringing any unwanted guests with it. I use it together with parasite cleanse for ten days, short break of five days and repeat until desired effect. I notice flat stomach and easy evacuation as a tell sign. This is colonics at a fraction of the price. I recommend it to everyone!

I love this product! I take 1-2 capsules every night which I find helps to keep my magnesium level up and also great for the gut.

Great product. I don't have any digestive issues as such, but just use it in conjunction with the oxypowder capsule first thing if I've been overdoing things, and helps to 'reset' me. I find things get moving after approximately 3 hours, so hence a.m use is more practical!

Amazing stuff! My son has Crohn’s which causes him severe constipation. He’s been on movicol for years which I think is causing him issues. Mag07 has been a life saver. He takes 2-3 capsules a day and always poops that night!

Having been constipated all my life I was looking for a product to take regularly without painful side effects. That product turned out to be Mag07

I have passed on the message to several friends here in Italy where I live and they are all happy as I am with it.

In the beginning I was using the powder but very quickly switched to the capsules as I preferred the non taste. I take 3 capsules daily as this works best for me. If I can manage to drink plenty of water during the evening I reduce to two as they work well with lots of water. Very happy with Mag07

This is the 4th time I've bought this so that tells you that I'm impressed. I've tried competitor products but, for me, Mag07 works best.

I have taken this for a long time including during a previous post-surgery, pregnancy, post-pregnancy and current pregnancy. It makes you feel very "clean", like you had a colonic. I couldn't believe I was able to do a poop day after my c-section. I take two tabs usually at night time.

I've used MagO7 for some time and it does exactly what it claims to do. I'll therefore continue to use it.

I have been using this product for years now and wouldn’t be without it. The amount has increased as I have got older and my body has changed and I now take 3 capsules every evening. I have tried Colosan, which is good but personally I prefer Mag07. I also like the convenience of capsules. An excellent product that I have no hesitation in recommending.
