Felt really hydrated after taking this product, and it genuinely works. You just have to ensure that you are drinking plenty of water. You can almost feel toxins leaving your body as your energy levels go up. With the sort of food we eat these days plus all these fancy non stick stuff, it is no wonder our bodies are contaminated!

I have used these in the past and came across them again for rehydration in the body. My energy levels increased as I combined these with alkaline, ionised, remineralised water. Potassium Citrate is the key ingredient.

My 2nd time using Megahydrate this time II got the powder!

The travel and the time there it was a great support , I took a gram spoon night and morning in warm water . Even though we were in a nice hotel many of our group began to sicken due to the pollution levels . I think Megahydrate is an excellent friend in situations where our immune system is under extra stress , it is worth the investment in my experience.

Benefits noticed in the first days and I was motivated to take it each day .

This is a great product. I have suffered from constipation for years and taking Megahydrate first thing in the morning has helped ease this problem. Would highly recommend it. It works as well as the powder and I have found it much easier to take which outweighs the extra cost.

As a nutritional therapist I have taken many supplements over the years and have never written any reviews. However, the effect on my body after taking MegaHydrate was so significant I felt it would be useful information. I am in my sixties and slim and despite taking good care of myself and exercising regularly I have noticed my skin and flesh on my upper arms, in particular, was getting wrinkly. Exercise helps but after only a few days of taking 2 MegaHydrate in the morning, I noticed that the wrinkles had diminished and my body all over was noticeably looking much firmer, plumper and youthful which pleased me tremendously. I did not expect this. The dehydration test you can do by pinching the back of your hand was also massively improved. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly they worked and would definitely recommend them. Given the external improvements I feel confident that the tablets will have had a positive effect on my inner body workings.

Wow. I have taken both capsules and powder, and this is one heck of a product. I find it necessary to use sparingly, as it thins my blood as well. I add it to freshly squeezed juice, and it really refreshes me, especially early in the morning, or just before I go out the door. Also, it works great as both a tooth cleanser and for keeping my gums healthy.

To be honest I bought this product because it was well reviewed and people seemed to feel benefits all round. I am sorry to say I felt nothing so I am now wondering what it was supposed to have done for me.

I been using MegaHydrate for the past few years and it has made big difference with my alertness and also a massive boost to my immune system.

Its really working! Bought it to my mother to get back her strength after the difficult illness and long treatment. At first she didnt believe that its working, but after few weeks admitted that every morning has more strength, is in a better mood, no headaches, more power in legs (before had problems to walk longer distances). It's about 20 months now, that I am using Megahydrate. I am taking 2 caps per day (or 2 scoops of powder per day). Through communication with PhiSciences by Dr. Patrick Flanagan, they advised me to warm a bit the water(without boiling it), before put megahydrate in it. Its' action goes deaper. I ordered MegaHydrate because I had read that: "MegaHydrate is the key that unlocks the potential of water as the medium for nutrient replenishment and waste removal at the cellular level. In a state of dehydration, body cells cannot assimilate nutrients and remove waste and relieve pain from conditions like arthritis or fibromyalgia." I also read several testimonials that said their migraine headaches just faded away!

That's why I bought it (and coz I was generally aware of being dehydrated). Megahydrate arrived the following day...JUST as a migraine and sinus irritation was beginning to gradually develop. I took 2 caps with 2 glasses of purified water and after about 20 mins I could feel the tensions in my head & neck slowly slipping away, I felt relaxation flooding in and after 40 mins it had virtually lifted! 2 hours later - when it felt like the headache was creeping back in - I took another 2 caps with water and felt the same magical process happening that NO painkiller had ever achieved!

That same day I had also woken up with an irritated/ slightly inflamed left eye which was quite uncomfortable. Now, about 12 hours later, I just realised my eye feels perfectly normal again!

My intuition was right: Re-hydration NOT medication :) Great product!

Convenient whilst traveling. I started taking one capsule opened and emptied into my water bottle each morning. The water clearly penetrated deeper because I drank more water without urinating...

2 hours later my urine was quite dark. As if the water had got in and cleaned out toxins, rather than just running through my system and pissing straight out

Megahydrate has reduced the burning sensations in my back due to spinal stenosis. I've also notice my head feels ligher, less headaches, and I feel generally more energised. I began to notice as difference by the third day of taking 2 capsules per day***, and I've only been taking it for a week. I've also noticed that I am less thirsty, so it does seem to be hydrating me as well. It's also helped my brother who recommended it to me after it greatly increased his energy.

Unique value with immediate benefit in mental clarity, mental stamina, and feeling of being "clean" and balanced. Seems to store water in my body and only release when my body has made full use of water. Eg I urinate fairly dark urine even after maybe 2 litres of treated water each morning. Takes maybe 2 hours before I urinate a second time.

The Best thing i have ever tried. Feel hydrated, more energetic and cannot go without it.

I am definitely dehydrated and bad at taking enough liquids. Took this ongoing and more during a long flight, and did not feel as washed out as I would normally.

I have used Megahydrate for the past 15 years. This product is peerless as there is nothing else like this in the marketplace that cascades such a high antioxidant negative charge. This product enables me to train without ever getting a stitch or cramps and it increases the intensity of my training programme giving me increased energy throughout the day. You must hydrate well with this product. Its particularly good when travelling to empty a capsule into apple or orange juice of any other water soluble supplement as it increases penetration and absorption of nutrients.
