I have been taking wild endive formula A about 3 months now. Four in the morning and four in the evening. It has been very helpful in bringing chronic hives under control.

Omg what can i say These have saved me, literally (bit dramatic but its true). The brain fog had taken over my life and i couldn't function, it also made me very depressed and anxious. I was diagnosed with CFS over 25 years ago. About 15 years ago I tested positive for candida overgrowth. I believe that these conditions are linked. I found out everything I could about curing candida but information was limited and none of these 'experts' gave any advice I could actually follow because everything I tried caused severe die off reactions, the worst being severe kidney pain and heart palpitations. I also had killer headaches and night sweats.I have a cupboard full of discarded supplements that only made me feel worse. I drank gallons of kefir, I gave up sugar, I tried the high fruit diet, the vegan diet, the keto diet, the GAPS diet. I just got worse. I'm now 72 and 80% bedbound. I have been left with a fear of all supplements, especially herbs. Then I received a Finchley Clinic newsletter on Candida Bashing Herbs and ordered Wild Endive A with much trepidation. I only took one the first day and next day had some colon pain. They nearly went into my discards cupboard but I was desperate! I tried one a few days later and no pain! I gradually increased the dose over a couple of weeks until I got so confident I moved on to 3 times twice daily quite quickly and I'm starting to feel better. My mind is clearer, my terrible digestion feels so much better and I feel a little strength again. Most importantly I have hope again. I would strongly recommend anyone with candida overgrowth to start their treatment with Wild Endive A. It is powerful but gentle enough for the most damaged system.

I've used this product for years. It's much better value in the large size. Occasionally, when I have run out by mistake, I do notice a difference (with Candida). It's definitely worth a giving it a go.

This product was a must have to deal with detoxing, highly recommend!

As a longtime suffer of candida imbalance I have found products at the Finchely Clinic to be really superior. Oregano Formula and Wild Endive Formula were the two products I had a great deal of success with, to the point of not noticing an imbalance in the body. I took both these products as recommended increasing the dosage for about 3 months, reducing down to almost stopping. With a flare up these are the products I go for alongside a good probiotic. The Finchley Clinic came recommended to me, and I have not been disappointed.

If you what to clear a nasty case of candidiasis you need a potent antifungal which will then cause high die-off. A product like this is indispensable; Finchley Clinic seem to be the only people who recognise the need for it.

This is one product that I cannot do without. I first used dosage as directed for first two bottles few years back. Now I use as soon as I notice symptoms returning. Wild Endive Formula seems to clear the horrible brain fog and spaced out feeling which started after surgical menopause. Also seems to help with feeling of anxiety. I’m ever so grateful for the wisdom of those that put all the synergistic ingredients together.

I noticed as soon as I started taking Wild Endive Formula A that my energy levels increased immensely. I have other ailments, for example needing to sleep for at least an hour in the middle of the day, every day. Now I only have to do that once a week. I am thrilled with the improvement.

This formula enabled me to start a anti candida protocol without experiencing horrendus die off effects (anxiety, nightmares, fatigue). I take 4 capsules morning and evening. Its been a miracle worker for me 5 stars!

As someone who has suffered from candida for over 2 years I have taken this product for several years in combination with Thyme Formula and later with Fivelac/ Threelac.

It is a very effective product and helped with bloating, muscle pains & reactions to moulds ( I avoid yeast an any fermented products but also react to atmospheric moulds) fatigue and 'brain fog'. I don't recall exactly how long it started to work but think that it was certainly within a couple of weeks.

I am prone to ' die off' reactions but as long as I took Bayberry Formula and when it was reformulated, the replacement Wild Endive Formula, I did not have any problems, although sometimes had to increase the dosage for a short time. This was usually if I had tried to reduce my other products or had reacted to mould. Within a few days of increasing the dose I usually felt much better. I usually took 4 capsules twice a day.

As the combination of products have curbed rather than cured my candida problem I am now trying other products but would definitely recommend using Wild Endive Formula. It is worth ordering the larger sized bottle as it is cheaper.

I would also recommend booking a consultation if after 12 months or so your symptoms reappear when reducing products as you may benefit from trying a different regime.

I received the Candida email, and realised I needed help but was finding the decision of what to take overwhelming... I spoke with Mark Lester who said I was suffering from "brain fog" due to candida die-off, and recommended taking Wild Endive to combat the die-off symptoms *before* starting an anti-candida regime; he said it would probably be about two months before I could do so.

Following guidelines [4 capsules, 3 times a day for 2 weeks then reducing to 3 capsules twice a day], I started to feel better within a couple of weeks, and now feel up to the next challenge. Mark says I can start the candida-killing process now - a month sooner than I expected, and I feel like a human being again.

I can't recommend this stuff highly enough!

After migraines and severe muscle pains last year I came to realise I had severe candida. I tried other anti-candida products but this formula is amazing! I was suffering with die-off symptoms and was at my wits end as to the way foward. After speaking with Mark I took these for only 4/5 days and felt more energetic and more able to cope. Until I took this product I didn't know you could address die-off symptoms. This product is such a blessing as it allows you to get on with your life whilst dealing with eliminating candida, instead of being flattened!

I have suffered for years with diarrhea, bloating, headaches, anxiety/depression and terrible brain fog to name but a few symptoms. I have been in and out of hospital and had every test under the sun. I was told I probably needed to take steroids but then I did some online research and spoke to Mark from the Finchley Clinic which made me decide to try a candida treatment. Six months on and for the first time in 1 years I am free of diarrhea! I am also free of the terrible brain fog that made life so difficult to enjoy. It took a lot of discipline and something of a financial investment but was worth every penny.

I have been taking a mix of probiotics, threelac, oxy elements, golden seal and bayberry and the combination seems to really do the trick.

This product worked very quickly to ease headaches, muscle pains, fatigue, brain fog associated with candida die off. I would encourage you to try this instead of just trying to put up with it! I'm now going to try a larger dose & other products to see if I can finally put a 16 year battle with candida behind me.

I started taking this on its own right at the beginning of treating my candida symptoms (dizziness, headaches, depression, bloating and poor digestion, eczema and athletes foot), and within five days of taking it, there was a really significant improvement - the dizziness, headaches and depression had receded a lot and my digestion had improved slightly. I would highly recommend it, it's a very supportive formula that helps a lot in dealing with the effects of candida. An often overlooked remedy that's actually a must for all serious sufferers.

Once I started taking the threelac, I immediately felt like I had more energy but felt very agitated and depressed as a result of the 'die off' effect. I emailed The Finchley Clinic for advice and Mark Lester advised me to take Bayberry Formula on a high dosage. Within 2 days of taking it I noticed a significant reduction in these symptoms.

Thank you for your advice recently about the Goldenseal Formula. I have started to take it today alongside the Threelac, Oxygen Elements Plus and Bayberry as we discussed.

I thought that I'd say a few things about the Bayberry Formula as I was reluctant to take this initially as you recommended the highest dose of three capsules twice a day which was really going to mount up cost-wise. However, I decided to go along with your recommendation and started at three capsules twice a day. I have also been taking one sachet of Threelac twice a day and seven drops of Oxygen Elements Plus three times a day since I started the therapy in the second week of August.

I seemed to be improving so after 6 weeks, decided to reduce the Bayberry Formula to two capsules twice a day. However, within a day I had my brain fog, fatigue and lack of motivation starting to return so I increased the Bayberry back up to three, twice a day until I had been on them, and feeling better, for about six weeks at this level.

In the past two weeks I have successfully reduced the Bayberry down to two capsules twice a day with no ill effects. However, I had to reduce them down to one twice a day in the last two days (as I had not got my repeat order in early enough!) and, guess what? My brain fog, fatigue and lack of motivation has started to return. Of course, it is highly possible that the brain fog, fatigue and lack of motivation can be as a result of other events in my life but it seems too much of a co-incidence to me.

I have received my new order today and have started on the Goldenseal as well as maintaining the Bayberry (two, twice a day), Threelac (one, twice a day) and the Oxygen Elements Plus (seven drops, three times a day).

Right now, I am waiting for my brain fog etc to go and for me to start feeling as well as I have done for the past month again. I currently have no symptoms of thrush and I can't tell you what a relief all of this is after suffering to varying degrees (thrush, brain fog, fatigue, lack of motivation, bloating, mild depression and so on) for four years following chemotherapy for Hodgkin's Disease. I had great trouble with die-off reactions when starting my anti candida treatment. I'd just think that I'd got everything right and then my symptoms would rear their ugly head again. However, after a discussion with Mark I introduced Bayberry Formula into my treatment programme and I am VERY pleased to report that after about 3wks of the recommended dosage, I feel like I have control over my body once again. My symptoms haven't disappeared completely, but they are certainly decreasing in severity. What's even better is that I can now even indulge my lifelong chocolate addiciton every so often!! My advice to anyone starting an anti candida treatment programme is to include the Bayberry formula. It isn't the most dramatic treatment going, but I feel it provides a vital support.
