This is my third order of Vit C 1000mg, so something is working! My immune system is good I have had one virus type illness over Christmas period but it lasted only a few days with no cough, cold or other symptoms. This is good no frills Vit C

I have been taking these vitamin C tablets daily for sometime and have found that I rarely get colds since taking them.

My husband and I take 1 capsule daily, if we have the start of a cold or in touch with someone who has a cold we increase the dose to2 or 3 or more if needed. The capsules are easy to swallow

The capsules are a good size and I haven't had any difficulty in getting them down. Taste wise I don't notice anything unpleasantly strong like some other products. The price is very good and from a brand I trust with no nasty added ingredients. I would recommend this product.

This is a good Vitamin C supplement for the money. The size of the capsule is also very manageable.

I have used this product for well over a decade (including in its former identity) I have COPD and suffer badly if I catch a cold. I rarely have caught colds ever since I first used this and am very confident that it is because of the consistent use of this Vitamin C product. I take one capsule daily with my breakfast. Fantastic vitamins, have protected the family since the pandemic.

For couples years now I buy Vit C(900mg) 90caps and honestly I found it the best. I take 2caps in the morning and 2caps in the evening when I feel low - this is a Big dose, so I usually take this amount for 3-4 days and I am back on track and recover very quickly .But to keep going in every day life I take 1cap a day.It’s really good price and works well.

These Vitamin C capsules are very good quality. I have been taking them along with Vitamin D tablet and I can honestly say that I have remained winter flu-free, this year!

If I feel a cold coming on I up the dose and it works very quickly.

I am happy with this product (Vitamin C 900mg 90 caps) and will purchase again. I have difficulty swallowing fairly large capsules so I sprinkle the contents on my breakfast and it tastes fine.

Been taking these for a couple of weeks now, 3 per day as recommended. Was constantly getting colds so hoping this helps, which it seems to at the moment. Also of course with the Coronavirus going around I’m hoping for an extra health boost.

I took the 1000mg dose. Easy to absorb and unlike other strong Vitamin C, not at all acidic when you swallow the capsules

It was a kind of insurance against any winter chills. I was also eating beetroot and using garlic in my food. I stayed cold free

Excellent product. I've been taking two a day for several years and have remained cold free. This product is the best of any vitamin C I have tried.

I like using Tapioca Vit C because it doesn't upset my sensitive stomach and I have noticed, after taking it for over a year, that my immune system feels much stronger and I very rarely have a cold. I have been, in the past, been prone to getting lung and chest infections and I have discovered that if I increase my dosage to about 5 a day, then I start to feel much better. I usually take 2 -3 a day anyway and that's enough for me. I really do recommend this product as the Vit C that you can buy in shops isn't really any good but that's my personal opinion.

Good quality vitamin C and helps absorb iron.

This has been the only Vitamin C that I have been able to tolerate at high doses. I knew I was low in Vitamin C and for many years I've tried supplementing various different types and brands, all of them made me fatigued and increased my anxiety. This Vitamin C hasn't given me any negative effects and is helping me get through the hayfever season.

I bought Tapioca Vitamin C, having read the recent article. I haven't taken Vitamin C in the supplement form before as I thought I got enough it in my diet... I was very incorrect. My mum has been going on at me to by a Vit C supplement for ages... and I must say having only taken the supplement for a few days, I've already noticed a difference so I'll be continuing to use. Glad I went for the offer and got 2 with the 10% discount. I'll be purchasing this product again!

The only Vitamin C that does not cause problems when taken in larger doses. I can easily take 6 capsules a day without cramping etc. Perfect as a gentle short or long term laxative. Experiment with dosage and find your own personal bowel tolerance limit. Have been using for a few years and always have some in store.
