I've have used this product (Fivelac) on several occasions over many years. When I notice my sugar cravings are increasing, I make the assumption that it's caused by thrush and consider it to be time to buy another two or three boxes. It definitely helps to limit it.

I’m have been taking fivelac for years now and I find it the most helpful thing I can take for my overall health. I started taking it to help with recurring thrush and when I take this regularly I don’t get it. I’ve also noticed it helps with headache’s, body aches and pains, fatigue and sinus issues. Whenever I’ve run out. I start struggling with all these issues but within a few days of taking fivelac again I feel better.

When I asked the internet and people what to do when my belly growled and made funny noises, guess what they said? Yeah, you already know it. “Feed it.” FEED IT WHAT? I am not hungry. My answer was ‘fasting’. Now that I read the box of FiveLac Probiotic, I can tell you why my belly is not making so much noise. In addition to intermittent fasting, I am feeding it the right things. I open a packet at bedtime and savour the taste. Mmhhh, it tastes so good. I bet my belly loves it, too. I am cultivating great gut bacteria and developing an environment that they love. One day, after taking Active Enzymes, I was delayed eating my already prepared meal and started feeling odd. That tells me it actively does something in my stomach as I am supposed to have it with a meal. I like the combination of adding Oxygen to my water. I will do that now as I am about to work out. 10,000 steps, baby. This was another recommendation from the Director’s recent newsletters. After reading the current newsletter, I realised I needed this package a year ago. So, I clicked buy. I am reversing the damage of prescribed antibiotics while incorporating healthy eating habits. This package has so much good stuff that I need, and I attest that it is working, and I’m only halfway through it. I was tripping a year ago but now laugh with wise old King Solomon, who said, “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine, but a broken spirit drieth up the bones.” I am a happy customer.

I have used Fivelac for years. It's excellent at controlling candida, which I have always been prone to. If I stop for any length of time it comes back, so I'm happy to continue. Better than any other product I've tried.

Been using fivelac for around 3 years now as kept getting thrush and alot of belly pain and if I keep on my daily powder then it keeps it away

FiveLac gave me a superb energy boost after 2-3 weeks daily use. I take one packet dry before breakfast every day. FiveLac replaces a probiotic I was taking previously at night. I cannot believe the difference in my energy and positivity. Thank you for recommending this probiotic to me which has made life more meaningful.

I have been taking this for a few weeks now and am finding this is helping to provide more consistency, and firmer more bulky / complete bowel movements - which I wasn't getting previously. I started on one sachet per day, and after a week went up to two sachets, morning and evening. I occasionally seem to be experiencing the opposite of loose bowels and some constipation symptoms, so then drop back down to one a day for a while. So far it seems a helpful product in terms of creating a noticeable improvement after a short period of time. I had taken many varieties of probiotics previously and not noticed much change. This is definitely doing something, for me anyway.

Been taking this for years now, having tried so many different products, including threelac, to treat my candida. Nothing worked. When I first started fivelac I was taking 3 sachets a day and did notice some ‘detox’ side effects such as headaches but as time went on, my candida symptoms began to decline and I now take 2 sachets a day for maintenance. So glad I found this product after years of feeling dreadful!

Really helped my candida. Had 5 sachets every morning and it brought my candida under control. I have, however, since stopped purchasing as I am vegan and all the probiotics contain lactose. It didn't ever completely eradicate the candida but certainly made it manageable.

Good product. I am not sure if it's better than threelac or not. I ordered this as threelac was out of stock. Probably go back to threelac next time. I have confidence in this product

I have been taking Fivelac for a couple of months now - I usually take Threelac but this time I ordered Fivelac to see if there was much difference. I personally think there is some noticeable differences, for example I maybe had to take 2 of the the Threelac sachets per day whereas I’m finding one of the Fivelac is suitable. It’s keeping my bloating right down and I haven’t had any more urine infections since I started taking it ( I would of got them on a fairly regular basis) I’m taking the Oxygen Elements twice a day aswell so I do think they work very well together. Oh and my Candida has stayed away!!! I think I will be definitely staying on this stuff for the foreseeable, it’s helping loads.

I bought this product because of all the great reviews however, if i am honest i did not find this product to be as good as other products i have used so was left dissappointed.

Fantastic probiotic to use, works quickly and symptoms calmed down a lot

I have used these products a few years ago when candida struck! They cured me then but i got out of the habit of taking them and took for granted that i felt better from it, after another child, poor diet, hormones, lack of sleep i was again once run down but as soon as i felt candida coming on again i started taking fivelac and oxygen elements again.

I took 5/6 sachets everyday for the first few weeks then down to 4 now down to 3 per day along with a better diet more water and oxygen elements i will continue this for good for prevention, i feel less tired, no brain fog and all the candida symptoms have gone.

I dont want them back either these are total life savers

I had a painful boil on my leg for about a month which wasn't healing. Took fivelac and the boil burst and then the skin healed. Personally I believe it was the Fivelac that did the trick.

I have been using Fivelac on and off for several years now and it is hands down the most effective treatment for candida I have found. I have managed to keep debilitating symptoms like inflammation, constipation and thrush at bay and noticed almost immediate relief when I first started using it. As my symptoms were severe initially, I started gently with one sachet per day and gradually increased to 2 or 3 after two weeks. When I felt the pain and bloating etc was more under control, I dropped back to one sachet for maintenance. I have recommended it readily to friends and family and would signpost them to anyone struggling with such a stubborn condition. Please do not be put off by the cost as they are worth every penny!

I have a condition called TRIMETHYLAMINURIA 2 which is an extremely unpleasant disorder, detected through foul smelling urine, and the No. 2 type is entirely related to gut bacterial imbalance. There is no cure and the only help offered by medical fraternity is a diet sheet which removes the majority of choline from the diet, making life very difficult as choline is present in most of what we eat. FIVELACK PROBIOTIC is my saviour.

I take one sachet of Fivelac with each meal and have done so for for a few years, after first starting with Threelac. If I forget to take it or run out, I immediately notice the difference.

I'd recommend it to fight against Candida and for general gut health.

I just want to let you know that after I received the first batch of Five Lac that I ordered, I took a sachet straight away. I was really surprised to find that there was some benefit within a few hours. My gut has been completely unmanageable for many months, and was bad before years before that. I have taken probiotics for many years, and have adapted and re-adapted my diet many times. Since taking Five Lac every day, my gut isn't wonderful, but it has improved greatly. It is less unmanageable, and I get pain only rarely now. I still stick to the diet that led to the least pain and dysfunction, but since taking Five Lac I have - daringly - being cooking and liquidising frozen cherries and consuming a small quantity of the quasi liquid once or twice a day without adverse effects. Great gut-flora support supplement. Stable at room temperature - so much better for me than the Mightydophilus supplement I was taking before (which has to be stored in the fridge).

I'm using it as part of an anti-candida regime, and feel so much healthier than I did before, and truly believe this is part of the reason for improvement.

My wife cured of a candida infection in her digestive system (medium to high intensity) that she has been fighting with for 1 years. She's got the condition after a herpes zoster infection and nothing has helped her.
