My husband has suffered quite significantly from mouth ulcers for many years which have been very debilitating for him.

Since taking Methyl B12 he rarely has an ulcer.

He takes one tablet daily sublingually and if he feels any signs of a mouth ulcer he doubles the dose to two tablets.

It is easy and pleasant to take and helps energy levels and overall health that is my experience. One a day sub -lingual I noticed a difference within a week.

I have carried out my own research and looked at other forms but this product

has stood the test of time.

This is an excellent product, I like that you put the tablets under the tongue because it goes straight where it's meant to go!

B12 is an extremely important vitamin and I'm glad I found these.

2 tablets each day (period 2 months) much better in emotional balance and my mood now 99.99% perfect each day no matter what x

Bought this for my 17 year old neice who has low folate levels, as I thought she would benefit from B12 also, given the description of the product, as she also has extreme fatigue and tests reveal a seriously high CRP level of 39 when it should be 3 or below following the convid jab, which incidentally I begged her not to get but that's another story which I won't get into in here, other than to say, don't get the jab!!! Of course her GP says its totally non related. They would obviously as all brainwashed but I ask, why would a perfectly healthy teenager suddenly develop extreme fatigue and such high levels of inflammation for no good reason!! Rant over.

This is helping to give her a little energy and hopefully is helping her cardiovascular health, I hope. Time will tell.

I have also been taking these for a couple of months now and have to say my energy levels are a lot better than they have been, as a perimenopausal woman. Just about to purchase a second lot.

While on holiday in Spain a few years back an English local doctor gave me a complete blood test. He was experienced in dealing with the health of local retired people. His view was that we (I’m 74) are less able to absorb vitamins as we age. He noted my B12 levels were low and recommended a sublingual version which I have taken ever since. My UK doctor later confirmed this. I have always since then used the Finchley Clinic’s B12 Sublingual tablets, one a day, 1000 mcg, under my tongue. Subsequent blood tests confirm adequate B12 levels. So, thank you.

You say you are not trained to comment. I am a virologist and the health and well-being of the nation depends on a continuing vaccination programme. I am a rational adult and can separate your unqualified views, inappropriately expressed to your customers, from your very useful Sublingual Vitamin B12 product. So I continue to be a loyal customer.

I had a health check and my cholesterol was high and my B12 was lower than it should have been so I have been trialling this product. One per day. I can't comment on my B12 levels until I'm re checked but I can comment on the quality of my skin condition, energy levels and mental clarity...It's amazing how I feel coupled with my other supplements. I took 1 tablet per day and noticed a difference within 3 weeks. I no longer feel so cold and tired. I feel the sublingual method is far better than other b12 tablets on the market and, indeed, better than prescribed b12. It does, of course, have b6 and folic acid so no need to buy separately. An excellent product.

This is an excellent product . I very quickly felt the benifit and have re ordered it . I take one a day and I like that you disolve it slowly under the tongue allowing it to be absorbed more readily , and it tastes good too . I would highly recommend this supplement.

Myself and son take one of these daily. I would not be without them. I believe it helps with cognitivity, and nervous system. My elderly mother swears by them. My mother says that other B12 supplements, make her nauseous, though not these. Personally I notice the benefits within hours.

I'm writing this as a follow up review, as I once reviewed these a few years ago. They're still working!

To recap, a number of years ago I was very ill with an autoimmune disease called "Miller Fisher Syndrome". I identified B12 as a major helper to assist me in repairing the nerve damage which accompanied the disease. My Neurologist said "Why not?" so I've been taking one per day since then.

The nerve flair ups have now diminished to practically nothing and I'm totally convinced the B12 boost has been instrumental in that success. Without claiming any medical knowledge, I would recommend that anyone with a nerve degradation condition do some research into Vitamin B12, as it can contribute to an ongoing repair process in the body. This version has no nasties in the recipe like some (yes, some have compounds in the cyanide family - can that be a good thing?), so I feel this is a seriously good product!

Although methylcobalamin in Unique B12 is the best absorbed form of B12, the claim that the cyanocobalamin form of B12 is toxic is untrue. The only problem with it is that its less well absorbed as a nutritional supplement, which is why we always recommend the methyl form.

I've been taking these 1mcg B12 tablets for over 2 years now.

A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with Miller Fisher Syndrome, which is a neurological disease where your immune system attacks your nerve fibres following a simply infection or bout of flu.

It was pretty serious stuff. I couldn't walk and was in hospital for 2 weeks. I couldn't see properly for 6 months!

I did a fair bit of research and discovered B12 is part of the "repair crew" for nerve coverings. So I asked my Neurologist if B12 would help. He said it wouldn't do any harm. So I started these tablets, 1 per day.

I do get nerve "flare ups" with burning sensations etc, but since starting the tablets, they only last a day or so!

Can I scientifically prove anything? No, of course not. But, I am convinced these help and will keep taking them for the rest of my life.

I have been taking B12 for the past month and another member of my family has been taking them for at least 3 months. B12 helped both of us to gain energy and to reduce headaches. Besides that I like the fact that they are composed of methylcobalamin which is by far a healthier ingredient to the common cyanocobalamin. On top of this the flavour is very pleasant.

Fine product, do not need any additional B12 injection!

I have been taking this product for 3 years and it's made a huge difference to my life! Before being diagnosed with a b12 deficiency I was suffering with headaches, anxiety and felt completely exhausted all the time. My levels were checked by Drs a few weeks after starting these (initially 2 a day reducing to 1 a day after 6 weeks) and level was back within good parameters. (& has stayed there!) The fruity flavour is very pleasant & means I don't have to have any nasty injections!!
