Burdock Root is a great way to detoxify your body I use this supplement alongside the Cats Claw Tea Bags. The benefits are almost instantaneous and this has become a integral part of my daily routine now.
I've been taking 2 capsules twice a day for the past couple of weeks and so far have noticed an improvement in bowel movements. Also, I experienced some sharp pain in my kidney area which suggests to me that detoxing is taking effect. Very convenient and easy to take and I like the fact there are no nasty additives in it. Looking forward to trying other products in the Finchley Clinic branded range.

I have been using burdock for quite some time, I can honestly say this product has really helped me clean my blood, I recently went into hospital with chest pains, thought I was having a heart attack, the hospital did some blood tests on me and actually said I have remarkable blood and what they suspected wasn’t the issue, I’m pretty sure since taking the burdock I feel so much good within myself, I suffer from hypertension....cholesterol is always border line but after hearing my bloods are remarkable.. I have struggled with severe intestinal dysbiosis for ten years and it took five to correctly identify the problem and five more to find someone who actually knows how to fix it. Following a minor operation with sedation I suffered a sudden and severe rise in blood pressure (up to 220 systolic) with headache, dizziness and palpitations. Great product with good ingredients to detoxify the body as this is what I intended to use the burdock formula for I used consistently for minimum of 3 months as recommended
I'm re-ordering the Burdock formula, having used it for several courses before in the context of preparing to do a liver flush. It's difficult to say specifically what effect I experienced, as I was already on a de-tox regime, but I can say that my body (whose responses I trust!) always had a good feeling when taking them. I also think it's likely that they contributed to making the liver flush NOT a traumatic experience! I took one capsule 3x day for one month before the flush, then a couple of weeks after, as well.
My experience with Burdock Formula tells me that this product is really a very good cleanser of the blood and therefore of the whole body.
After only a couple of days that I was taking the capsules (only 1 – 2 daily) it gave me the sensation of lightness and freshness in my body. As I am always going after my feelings I presume that sensations are the consequence of the cleaning process of my blood with the ingredients in the Burdock Formula.
