Great Product it is a good basic multivitamin. For the price it's a good product, there are other multis that are more expensive, but this product is good value for money.
With products from the Finchley clinic you know you will get good value for money, they do not sell rubbish and I have been dealing with this company for a while now and have always been pleased with my purchases. Mark is very helpful if you have any concern or what product might be best for you.

Better than Holland and Barret multivitamin
I started taking this Multi after finding that I was not getting on too well with the Antioxidant Supreme and have found this product to be very good. I'm now on my second pot and it suits me fine.
Good all round product and someone looking for a good multi that is not too expensive they will find it in this.
My husband & I have been taking the One-A-Day Multivitamin and mineral tablets for many years now and we both feel the benefits over the year. We were both tested as to suitability of product and Bio Care One-A-Day came out as the best vitamin on the market for both of us. We have a high degree of well being and as we are now into our sixties long may this continue. I honestly believe that this supplement helps maintain our general health and gives us the additional boost where needed. Our diet is good but sometimes we may not always get the vitamins and minerals we need to support our well being so they are part of our daily routine along with Vitamin C. Excellent product!
I have been taking one a day vitamin & mineral with bilberry & lutein for a few years now and when I feel a drop in my immune system I will take an extra one for a couple of days. I find this gives me a boost and the virus/cold doesn't come to anything. Excellent product.
Having researched other brands, I feel these capsules are very good value. If you check the quantities of the different substances they contain, you'll see the doses are quite a bit higher than the equivalent in other brands.
