Unfortunately for me they don’t seem to work. I have tried various makes before and they all seem to have the same affect making me tearful and very down. I know this should not be the case because they are supposed to be a happy pill but not in my case.

This is brilliant. I give to my elderly parents too. Fantastic stuff!

I bought this product for my husband as he read about the benefits of D3. He takes one tablet daily. I have noticed since he has been taking this his mood is much better and he has more energy. Also he suffers from gout occasionally in his big toe and this has not flared up since taking this D3.

I ordered ONE lot to check out taste and have ordered another two since their was no negative taste and it was simply crunching the small tablet and let it dissolve on the tongue. SIMPLES! I had realised that the Liposomol method was more efficient than other methods. This product suits me just fine.

The tablets are very small in size and do taste very nice, so it takes discipline not eat too many! I like the fact that the vitamin k2 is also in the product as from my understanding vitamin d and k work together. So far I think it's too early to see if my vitamin d levels have increased, but I can imagine at my next blood test I will see improvements. I would recommend this product.

My husband & I have been taking Vitamin D3 with K2 for sometime & know the importance of this “ sunshine” vitamin supporting our immune system, particularly as we age & in this time of the COVID pandemic. I have ME/CFS & am restricted by how much Vitamin D3 I can get by being outside & it is vital for me to help my immune system as much as I can because being ill exacerbates my symptoms. I’ve researched other brands and found that they were not only lower in Vitamin D or that they had no Vitamin K2, which is needed for calcium absorption, they were also of a similar price. I’m very pleased to continue taking this brand for all my requirements.

Excellent product. The highest dosage of Vitamin D I could find and I certainly notice the difference when I don't take it. Particularly like the tiny size of the tablets and the pleasant taste. An essential product

We never seem to have enough sunshine, so this is the very next best thing. Just one lovely chewable little pill and job done! I was suffering very low vitamin D so tried this product and the results were rapid. Give it try!

I am currently on my 3rd bottle and now will not do without this. From the information given the mix is necessary for maximum absorption. It’s easy to take with a pleasant taste. Hopefully it’s doing good in my body.

I had been taking a Vitamin D3 product before buying this particular one from the Finchley clinic. However, I felt there might be something better out there so I emailed the Finchley Clinic for advice and they recommended this one. I can honestly say the difference after one month is noticeable. My mood is better, my skin, hair and nails are growing faster and I feel overall much healthier. My husband has noticed the same.

I’ve been buying this vitamin d3 K2 supplement for 18 months now, the whole family use it even my youngest and we’ve gotten through two winter seasons with no flu or nasty viruses which is impressive as one of my kids is at school and tend to bring home everything! I even got my dad using it as he was really poorly, then a few weeks later he had blood tests results to say that in fact he had a serious vitamin d deficiency. (How many others have this deficiency now?) Surprisingly, the strength of vitamin d they prescribed him after was the same as this one! (5000) but the one they gave doesn’t have the vitamin k2 for the maximum absorption of vit d (especially needed for adults over 60) So this product still a winner and probably required all year round now as with all the mask wearing we’re getting even less sunlight. Reply from The Finchley Clinic re "the one they gave doesn’t have the vitamin k2 for the maximum absorption of vit d". This is not the primary reason why it is important to take D3 with K2. The primary reason is to do with the appropriate deposition of calcium in the right tissues, after taking Vitamin D3. There are also lesser reasons, but this is the main one.

This is a good combination of D3 with K2 and much better priced than buying each product separately. I take 1 tablet/day in Summer when getting some sun and 2 tablets in Winter.

The combination with K2 ensures then any calcium freed up by the D3 is guided into the bones.

My heart valves were getting blocked and to the complete surprise of my cardiologist they were completely freed up with this d3 k2 combination

This is a great product! My partner has been taking it for a few weeks now, and already noticing a big difference in how he feels. He doesn't normally like to take tablets as he sometimes has issues swallowing them, but these are no problem. Thank you for stocking such excellent products.

I have been using this for some time . My mum now uses as well , It is pleasant to take and effective. My mums Gp told her she didnt need Vitamin D -just eat a balanced diet. I have had here taking for 2 years. The Gp has now changed his tune due to Covid. better late than never . I would not be without. This formulation is excellent and benefits from K2 . It is not the cheapest- but trust me -you get what you pay for.

A great product, offering the optimum Vitamin D protection in easy to take chewable form. I’ve even persuaded my 18 year old to take them! Recommended.

As the concept of using vitamin D in the Northern hemisphere is sound in the winter months, I started off taking 2x5000iu tablets for one week to build up my bodily count, then dropped down to one x 5000iu daily. This was started in March 2020. I have not been even been bothered with a cold since. The science about vitamin D recommends maintaining above 4000iu in your system to combat covid viruses.

Tastes great and children love it. Just rrdered again as its a superb product.

Having decided to take the general advice about Covid and the benefits of vitamin D3, I followed the advice on your website about this particular product which includes 90mg Vitamin K2. I knew nothing about this vitamin but assumed it played a positive role in absorbing D3. To my astonishment, within about 2 days, possibly 3, I felt the effects. I am guessing I was lacking in both ( despite living in the sunny climate of the south of France!) for it to have had such an impact! Maybe it was the vitamin K2? I can't speak for whether it will protect me from Covid as happily I haven't been touched by it as yet, but after 10 years of steady hair loss, I have almost over night seen my hair not only stop falling out, but full of shine and bounce! Everyone is commenting so I am not imagining it. In fact I just look very well on it all round! I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to stay in good health, especially women with hair loss problems, with the benefit of hopefully protecting oneself from the threat of Covid related symptoms. Sort of a win win situation. I will be buying it again.

I havea history of low vit D for atleast 10 years. I have previously been on Colecalciferol which was prescribed by the GP. My gp stopped the prescription in 2015 when the levels were raised to 81. However, in 2018 it dropped back to 34. Last year when my levels were 74 i bought this product to raise my levels and support me over the winter. I am nearly finished my first bottle and stopped taking it for 4 days before my blood test. My results are back and my VIT D is 121 which is the highest it has ever been. I will definately continue with this product as it helping me to obtain a health Vit D level over the winter months.

I have been taking Vitamin D3 5000iu with Vitamin K2 for over a month and about to re-order. I feel better after taking these tablets and am aware that they have been mentioned in several reviews as a good supplement to take to help the body's immune system during the current covid crisis.
