I feel much better for having taken this product. My digestion has improved, no more pain around the middle, less wind and a firm stool that I have not had for years. On this basis I would recommend it as doing what it says it will do. I followed instructions and it has taken a few weeks to see these benefits, but they are well worth it.

A very effective product. Nothing like the general products given by NHS. Unlike other laxatives this is very gentle and does not give you cramps.

Just an update since using this product I have been able to taper from 4 to 3 to 2 capsules a night over a 2 month time line. I had terrible constipation brought on by ill health and antibiotics. My magnesium levels were a bit high and I panicked that I would have at top but the reduction in dose still works and better then anything else I tried. When I asked my doctor he said stop immediately and go on stimulant laxatives which shows how little they understand constipation related issues as they were initially part of my gut problems.

It works to control my nerves

I wanted to try Valerian to see if it would help me with waking up in the night and for anxiety. I already have an issue with frequent loo visits, so when I took Valerian in half a glass of water before bed, I needed to get up in the night for the loo! It did relax me though. Anyway, I've started using it during the day, taking half a ml when I need it and not the full one ml dose as it would make me too sleepy. It does help me with taking it this way. I am pleased that this product is pure and the tincture seems to work quicker in the body, but I do think it takes several weeks for it to live up to its potential. So......Great for fear and anxiety.

I was curious to try NMN to see if the hype was true. I chose this over NAD as its a precursor and the research suggests the body favours producing its own. I've been quite impressed so far. Definite improvement in energy levels. Interestingly my skin also looked better. More radiant with a healthy glow.

This may be down to the resveratrol.

The only negative is that the bottle is quite small. Otherwise great product.

I take 5ml 3 times daily and I noticed benefits after a few weeks. I suffer from ibs and I have been symptom free since I started taking Ion gut and microbiome. I feel so much better!

I was torn whether to try this product for some time. Lots you read online says they're just a scam and to be honest if I'd only just seen the colour change on the pads I might agree. I decided to give them a go when I was working on a liver detox program and found I was obviously not moving the toxins fast enough because I was getting bumps all over my arms and getting spots in strange places on my face. I didn't overtly notice much for the first five days except a lovely warmth to my feet at night and a sounder sleep. But by the time I started the second pack, I noticed that I was no longer getting spots and my skin was smoothing out on my arms. Upon completing the second pack I have noticed my skin is softer all over my body. I will be investing in more. Well worth a go if you are on the fence like I was.

I do find this is a useful thing to keep in the cupboard. Whenever I feel I have any sort of infection coming on I take it immediately and nearly always find I have beaten the bug.

Twenty drops gives me the extra energy I need in the afternoon. I have used these drops for many years and recommend them. Felt the difference from the moment I started to take them! Iam 77 years old.

The colon cleanse is an excellent product and works very well. However be careful. If you take the full 6 tablets at night , you will need to be near the toilet when you wake up...for me 6 hours later !! And you might have to go many times during the next day..so not convenient for some jobs !!

I found 4 pills work in a more reasonable way without so much sudden urgency. However 6 pills is best if you can avoid work next day. This product certainly works to cleanse the colon very well. If you can do the full 6 day cleanse ..excellent..or maybe just weekends when not working. I have used it several times now and always works well.

I have been using Boron for about 3 to 4 weeks dosage 6mg and I must say my legs feel much stronger than they did. I will continue to use and write another review after 6 to 8 weeks.
