I've been taking this along with a number of other supplements for about 18 months to support my immune system as I am on immune suppressants to treat my MS. So far so good and I've managed to keep illnesses away!

After reading about how important selenium is for thyroid function I have started to take this for the past few weeks along with Detoxadine that I have been supplementing with since last year. Apparently many people are deficient in this mineral and don't know as it isn't picked up on standard blood tests. Also love the fact that it's vegan so can give to my daughter too on a daily basis as an immune system boost. I have been shopping with The Finchley Clinic for almost a year now and have never been disappointed with the service.

Have been taking this selenium for a few years at the recommended dose. I have occasional breaks as per general advice. This is my go to selenium as I know it is the best quality and without fillers. If I take a supplement long term I need to be sure it is a fully beneficial item.
