Tried these for the first time and I am impressed.
They don't taste quite as powdery in the mouth as fivelac or threelac.
Although both of these are still great products the sevenlac just goes down easier for me.
Having taken what feels like every probiotic on the market I have to say these are the best I've tried. I take 2 sachets a day as advised and have found them very helpful in treating my suspected candida/SIBO. My persistent bloating, gas and cramps have improved markedly, I'm much more regular and am able to eat many foods again which have previously been a problem for me. They are expensive but I'll continue to take this product.
By far the best probiotic i have ever had.. great taste and ease of us and very effective , I am just buying my second box.I started on two sachets but found three a day suited me better.
I have a very sensitive digestive system with lots of food allergies and intolerances. I have often found digestive treatments for candida to be too strong for me, so need the gentlest approach. And I'm happy to say that this works a treat! Obviously being the sensitive soul that I am and bod that I have, I can only tolerate one sachet a day. (I've tried building up to 2 sachets daily in my eagerness to health, but it's a disaster each time and completely derails me because then I have to stop). So slow and steady wins the race here - one sachet a day for a longer period perhaps. But really helps to keep me 'regular' and it feels healing. Oh, and so easy to use. Nicely packaged and you only need to take the sachets you will need when going on trips. Tastes good too. What's not to love. Ok, well maybe the price. But that's it!
Sevenlac is very effective in fighting systemic Candida. I have tried a number of remedies and in my particular case my saviours have been a combination of Sevenlac and Fivelac, together with a restricted sugar diet. I have taken 3-4 sachets per day for the last 4 months. However, I find that Sevenlac does not mix very well in water. Tastewise, I prefer Fivelac.
Another great probiotic. I started at one sachet daily for a week then 2 daily. Mixed with a little water. I am allergic to lemons and limes but found I could easily tolerate the lemon in this product. I have also started taking a prebiotic, 1 healed tsp after the sevenlac, so I am feeding the good bacteria I have just taken with some (inulin) prebiotic. Having Crohn’s disease, I need all the help I can get. This is worth investing in.
I have been using this for a while and it really helps with my many systemic inflammatory symptoms due to autoimmune Lyme disease. It reduces my temperatures and helps tremendously with my blocked sinuses. I have tried many probiotics but nothing comes close to this.
I have been taken a sachet everyday for the past 2 weeks and have noticed a marked improvement in the quality and consistency of my bowel movements (sorry if that's too much info!). It's easy to take; I empty the sachet in a glass of water, stir it and then drink it down. It has a pleasant lemony taste.
My partner has been taking this product for about 3 weeks now, and is already seeing the benefit. His digestive system is working much better, less loose stools. He also says he has more energy and generally feels a lot better. It is quite expensive, but worth it in the short term.
