I'm coming to the end of my first bottle. I bought because so many reviews stated increased hair growth / reduction in hair loss. I'm 72 and had an early menopause and lost so much hair .. every product / supplement for hair growth merely resulted in more shedding until I now have very little on top.

I started this with 1/4 tsp x 1 daily and thought it was causing the knuckles on my hands to swell and become painful so I stopped and my hands returned to normal. I left it a couple of weeks and started taking it again..seems to be OK. My hands are sore again but I have been doings lots of gardening and decorating.

I now take 1/4 x 2 daily, mainly because I forget to take it at lunchtime but see some folk take it all at once.

My hair appears to have stopped shedding and is definitely looking thicker. I've not noticed new growth yet but I'm about to order my second bottle.
