I suffer from irritable bowels and honestly this product is by far the only thing that helps settle my symptoms. I take this daily and it works wonders. As soon as I don’t take it for a few days I really feel the difference. Would recommend this to anyone who suffers from, crohns, colitis, IBS and any other irritable bowl disease.

These are really excellent for my system. [am today on 2nd bottle] if I take one before eating it truly helps stop upset tummy - I do take it with Global Health Trax Active digestive enzymes, [swallow one with food]. Thank you for supplying this product.

I take 2 every night and it has really controlled my reflux avoiding use of omeprazole regularly. Much prefer the capsules to the powder

I take this product one capsule, three times a day. The Marshmallow in this product helps me with my IC and also helps with the bladder urgency to pee. The slippery elm lubricates when I'm constipated so I highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers with IC, overactive bladder and constipation. It's a Godsend.

Useful for leaky gut issues (mine come with food intolerances and bloating). I take 1 or 2 most days.
