It's amazing how much this inexpensive product punches above its weight and has so many benefits that it would need an entire book to venture into all of them! I recently learnt how it's one of the only products that have been shown to eliminate microplastics from the body, which pretty much 100% of people have, constantly undermining their health, and is cumulative over time. Unless you actively get rid of them, which is a long term process. I have been taking sulforaphane now for a year or two, and will probably continue to do so indefinitely, given the tremendous health benefits, which will enable me to live longer and healthier even though I don't "notice" anything like you would if for example, you have a headache and take a painkiller.
