Have been taking this for my leg cramps and occasional eye twitches. Has greatly helped reduce leg cramps and completely eliminated eye twitching. I have also slept better since taking this. Highly recommend.

Purchased this for my 73 year old father who suffers terrible leg cramps especially after a round of golf or a cycle ride. He thinks these are amazing and I am just purchasing a second bottle. He finds it best to take 1 every other day, as they make his bowels a little too loose otherwise.
