Threelac, Oxygen Elements Max and Active Digestive Enzymes are a great combination for achieving a cumulative effect for maintaining digestive health and candida control. The pack consists of:

1) Threelac: Our best selling candida control probiotic. In many cases, Threelac seems to 'reach the parts that other probiotics do not reach'. We purchased 10 units of Threelac when it was launched  - never expecting that within a year we would be buying hundreds at a time, and barely able to cope with the demand.

2) Oxygen Elements Max: In our opinion, flooding the body with oxygen should be regarded as a central part of any candida management programme - and not just as a nice little extra. It should be taken as per the label (7 drops 3 x per day), rather than if you remember or can be bothered which is what a large number of our customers appear to do. Individual results vary, but numerous reviews on the web site attest to the popularity of Oxygen Elements Max for a wide range of health challenges - particularly for those lacking in energy or susceptible to colds and other infections.

Please note, it has recently been brought to our attention that Oxygen Elements Max contains a very small quantity of non vegetarian ingredients - around 0.2%.

3) Active Digestive Enzymes. We sell a range of digestive enzyme products, which can help with food absorbtion, and may reduce help reduce the bloated gut feeling that many people with candida issues complain of.

If this combination is too expensive, consider Threelac, Oxylift and Active Digestive Enzymes, which replaces Oxygen Elements Max with Oxylift, which is a little more economical.

Warning

Vitamin C is a wonderful nutrient which we beleive is beneficial for pretty much 100% of people, but should not be consumed within two hours of taking an oxygen product. No harm will occur if you do, but in theory they may cancel each other out.

The kids are all right? Why probiotics are a great idea for children
Posted on Thursday February 02, 2017

The popularity of probiotics seems to grow by the day. And for good reason. In being the ‘good bacteria’ required by the body to balance the ‘bad bacteria’ in the gut, they can do each and every one of us a great deal of good. But, for all that, many people only look on probiotics […]

Stay balanced: the importance of maintaining a healthy blood sugar level
Posted on Tuesday January 24, 2017

It’s pretty much taken as given nowadays that high blood sugar levels are bad for you, but why actually is this? After all, scientifically speaking, our bodies need sugar, don’t they? A gateway to winter illness: treating and preventing a sore throat
Posted on Monday January 09, 2017

It’s something that automatically causes dread in people this time of year – a tickle in or at the back of the throat. The reason? Because, in so many cases, it tends to indicate an oncoming sore throat. Granted, on its own a sore throat’s usually a minor complaint, but too often it’s also a […]

Back down to earth with a bump: the January detox and what alcohol does to the gut and liver
Posted on Friday January 06, 2017

If anything defines the seasonal period then it might be said to be indulgence. All that rich food, piled up on plate after plate and meal after meal. And, of course, all that alcohol too. Alcoholic consumption spikes at this time of year and, although there’s nothing wrong with having a good time and unwinding […]
