I wanted to try Valerian to see if it would help me with waking up in the night and for anxiety. I already have an issue with frequent loo visits, so when I took Valerian in half a glass of water before bed, I needed to get up in the night for the loo! It did relax me though. Anyway, I've started using it during the day, taking half a ml when I need it and not the full one ml dose as it would make me too sleepy. It does help me with taking it this way. I am pleased that this product is pure and the tincture seems to work quicker in the body, but I do think it takes several weeks for it to live up to its potential. So......Great for fear and anxiety.
Very good for sleep or if you are facing a stressful situation. I take 1ml before bedtime and if I wake up around 4am I take another few drops and drift off again. I started with the full dose (1ml midday. 1ml bedtime) the first couple of nights sleep were weird. In and out of sleep, lots of dreaming, aware of what's happening around me but still felt I was asleep. So maybe start slowly if you do not want that feeling. I have used it for about 1 month and I find it very relaxing at bedtime. I have passed some on to family and they are equally pleased with it.

Enabled much better sleep and helped reduce anxiety during the day.

Was given so much help by Ilan. He recommended the valerian and gave me much more valuable info to help it work properly.So glad I had the consult.Self prescribing is fine but there comes a point when we need help from the experts.
