Natural Lithothamnion calcarea, cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, zein protein coating, silicon dioxide.
Suggested Daily Intake
Take 1-3 tablets a day, with meals (children over 5 years, 1 tablet a day).
Cautions
Not advisable if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking warfarin. Long-term intake of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
