This powder form of Vitamin C makes it very easy to get my daily dose by adding it to my green smoothie in the mornings. It is a very fine powder that blends in smoothly with a plain taste that does not change the overall taste of anything it is added to.
This type of vitamin C is suitable for me and my husband because it has a neutral flavour and doesn't upset my stomach. 1 g is a good daily amount (half a teaspoon)
The product is very good. Much better than most over the counter vitamin C.
I found it very good and took the half spoonful dose.
I've been taking this powder for about a month now, 3 half teaspoons a day to boost my immunity and it really works. I take a lot because vit c can be destroyed easily by light, heat and cooking. Although I must admit, it can produce a lot of gas and one ends up farting regularly from about 4pm each day! so I've been taking it before bed and it appears also to loosen the bowels. Great stuff.
I used to take Tapioca Vit C until it was no longer available so decided to try the Buffered Vit C powder. I became unwell with a virus at the beginning of March. I had no idea if it was Covid but I felt pretty awful. I started to take 3 full teaspoons of the Vitamin C powder which I think was about over 3000 mg a day. I added 20 drops of Oxygen elements max 3 times a day to this regime and after about 2 weeks I suddenly felt very well. I'm sure that high quantities of C as well as Oxygen worked for me. Of course, everyone is unique so you need to listen to your body and what it might need. I also think that taking the powder is so much easier for me. Very happy with this product and even though we all have an immune system sometimes we need that extra support. Thank you Finchley Clinic. X
Very good product and easy to take in water, been taking it for a while now and I am sure that it's helping me, very good to take with all of the colds and flu going about!
I’m so pleased with this... a vit c that I don’t have reactions to. I trusted Finchley clinics history and their recommendations having bought from them a lot now and this is low in acidity. Hurray and thank you
