3 tablets per day for 3 weeks. I do take Vitamin C the whole year anyway, but have upped the dose during Covid19, and have not even caught a cold from my housemate, last week!

We have been taking Vitamin C for sometime, knowing the importance of this vitamin. We tried this product for the first time recently and have just placed another order. We are very happy with it and it is gentle on the stomach, it is also vegetarian & vegan suitable.
