As a dark skinned person living in North of Scotland, this is a product I can never do without. I take 4 capsules = 20000mg sometimes more than this daily without fail and side effects. The added Vitamin K2 is a bonus benefit. My vitamin D level is even just a little under optimum but more than adequate with this dosage but I'm okay with that. Thank you Mark for making this dosage available to purchase.
