Mark recommended that my husband took this product to help with his ongoing health issues.

Have to say this is excellent and would highly recommend this product. My husband also suffer with bad knee pain but after taking this product for a couple of weeks he suddenly said one day that he was pain free. Since being on this product he has no more trouble with his knees

I also take this product just 1 cap a day and feel the benefits more energy etc

It may seem expensive but well worth it. Thank you Mark for recommending it to us
