Originally purchased for "circulation" , taken in conjunction with Vitamin D3, and was very pleasantly surprised to notice that when going to the toilet my "flow" had increased in volume and speed!
Then re-read the benefits, and discovered that it can help ones Prostate, and it certainly does mine!
So highly reccomend for 60 plus Gentlemen,.. I take 1 a day and it was surprisingly quick in becoming aware of the benefits.
