I find these to be very effective if I have a cold or flu especially paired with a good source of vitamin c - they’re also so tiny you can swallow about 4 at a time

The main difference I notice with these is that I have very vivid dreams the same day I take them - I usually take around 3-4

Excellent way to get the needed zinc - especially good in these times of needing improved immmune support

15mg is a good ammount for daily dose and the capsules are small which makes them very easy to swallow - so if you are not keen on large tablets or capsules this is a bonus. The capsule is also vegan.

This is one of the best Zinc products I have used on multiple patients with Covid in particular. Combined with D3/K2 and more importantly, Quercetin, this product has proven very beneficial .

Recommended this product to family members after seeking help from Mark for family members who had Covid and were isolating. As it was the start of 'Omicron'/ winter cold season I also purchased some for myself. I spent 10 days over Christmas with family all suffering from coughs and colds but didn't catch anything. I feel this product along with Quercetin and Bromelain which Mark also recommended have been highly beneficial.

My daughter and I both take 1 capsule daily along with a vitamin D K2 selenium Vitamin C and Vitamin E Oxygen. At the beginning of this pandemic I felt we needed to make sure we kept fit and healthy. I contacted Mark who was very helpful and suggest we started with Vitamin D K2 Oxygen and Vitamin C. We started and have had great benefit and have added extra vitamin supplements such as vitamin E and Zinc and Selenium. I felt that we both benefitted over the last 18 months and felt so much better. I strongly recommended this Zinc product. It's a very good product and very reasonably priced.

Good product. I take in conjunction with a multi vitamin & mineral.

As well as helping immune system & getting less colds it seems to also help my chronic acne.

I take one daily but if I feel a cold coming on increase the dose to the maximum recommended level & take extra vitamin C and often it doesn't develop further.

Regarding my latest purchase Zinc Gluconate 15mg + Vitamin B6 15mg 90 capsules to strengthen our hammered immune systems, I can say definately a must together with Vits A and C and Hydroxychloroquine if Covid symptomatic as Mr Trump advises.

I tend to take a lot of Vitamin C at the best of times, and especially now, but I've often forgotten to take Zinc alongside it. I'm now taking these, and although it's only week 2 or 3, I can say that I feel a little bit more mentally alert. I'm taking the version with B6, as I don't currently take a B complex - and also because I knew I hadn't remembered my dreams for a while, which was something I'd always done before. The research here on all that is very interesting. It's also really great that these pills are very very tiny.

Positive results felt after a month of taking this supplement and have continued to take 1 a day for the last 4 years. No apparent side effects noticed and gentle on the stomach.

I have been taking one of these capsules per day for about a year now [together with Mineral Complex]. Initially I was quite concerned, as in the past I have tried mineral supplementation and the tablets have made me quite ill and very nauseous.

I am happy to report that these capsules are well tolerated (at least by me), and have helped to improve my energy levels and aided in the fight against candida/fatigue.

I'm taking zinc to assist my bodies enzyme activity. After sending a hair sample for analysis I was diagnosed low on zinc. I was also recommended to take enzymes to aid my digestion. I have found the combination of zinc and enzymes has worked brilliantly for me. I was also a frequent sufferer of thrush and since taking the zinc supplement I have not suffered thrush either.

excellent product. easy to take little tablets. as a candida sufferer they really help me (along with vit C and molybedenum)to cope with symptoms of die off. also great help for any depression, PMT or sore throat.
